I had high hopes for this bank. But my high hopes were misplaced. The tellers here are lazy and incompetent, in my opinion.

They charged me to replace a card that they sent to the wrong address after they admitted guilt for this and promised I wouldn't be charged. They need more customer training skills, too much attitude about when I question transactions on my money.

The worst bank I ever bank with. They charge you for the dumbest things. For Ex: $3 fee for paper statement(that you never ask for) they charge you $15 to get a new card if its lost or stolen and on top of that They dont send out cards you have to go to a branch to get one. So why do I have to pay for it,if your not sending it.?They charge you money if you dont have $100 in your bank at all times. Bank here if you want to be charge for random things.
