Called to ask for info on a prescription, they asked my name and I gave it to them. They said nothing and after a minute went by I asked if they had found my info and no one answered. They left me there for 5 minutes with no one saying anything. Finally she gets back on the phone to help me?? Why leave without even saying a word??

My doctor prescribed a medication on Nov. 15, 2023, and sent it to Wallgreens, 302 University Ave. Urbana, IL. When I went to the pharmacy I was told the medication is on order and would be received in the next day or two. I have returned to the pharmacy three times since then and still have not had my prescription filled. As I type this, on Nov. 30, I have been on hold over 45 minutes and no one has picked up the phone. I'm trying to get the status of my prescription so I don't waste another trip to the pharmacy. There is a repeated message saying that there is one call ahead of me, but that appears to be untrue. Please consider using another pharmacy, any other pharmacy than the Walgreens on University Ave.

They can be very rude. Stop by to pick up my medecine, was the only one by the drive threw still the lady inside was acting like she was super busy....they really sucks!!

I do not recommend it very bad attention apart the workers are rude and rude that another person does not know English and is learning should not be taken for mockery much less disrespect as they did in the part of the pharmacy today Thursday, July 20, 2023 and the truth is that it is uncomfortable to go to this place would not return

I asked an employee to print passport pictures in a certain size, but they came out wrong. Another employee fixed the issue, but when I asked to keep the incorrect photos that were going to be thrown away, the employee insisted I pay the same price as the correct photos. When I refused, the employee threw away the photos again. I was left feeling confused and frustrated as to why I would have to pay the same price for incorrectly printed photos that were going to be thrown away. When I raised this concern, the employee did not provide a satisfactory explanation and instead threw away the photos again.As a customer, I expected better communication and customer service from the employee. It was an unpleasant experience that left me dissatisfied with the service provided. In the future, I would hope for clearer communication and a more reasonable resolution to any issues that may arise.

Some of the clerks are rude. We bought something that required a coupon and the front clerk lady would not help us find it in the coupon book. Other Walgreens always have. Update Walgreens does not have coupon books you have to have the app and do it. Update! Closest place to get bandaid so I had to go. Clerk was on the phone with somebody while she was taking of me, she scanned my Walgreens card and wouldn't listen to me when I try to tell her that I had rewards. All she could say was it's past my time to leave here s***. That's right she literally cussed right in front of me. Should have asked for a manager but with my luck that was the manager.

The stuffs at the pharmacy are very unprofessional. I had to wait for more than an hour to get my vaccine. When I asked them to give me an estimate of wait time, they were unable to provide one. Worst service ever!! I don’t know if they even care for their customers.

Had an interview here and the hiring manager was very arrogant and narcissistic, I have shift lead qualifications but he instead wanted to hire me as a customer service associate, in the interview he also kept mentioning “As long as you can benefit me” and just focused on how would I help him advance. This place is trash and happy that I accepted another offer

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have tried to get my prescriptions filled. They said it would be ready at 3pm yesterday. I came in at 7pm and they did not have it ready; the said it would be ready at 8pm that night. Came the next night and they still did not have it ready and blamed it on me because I came as the store was closing they day before. The same person I was dealing with was rude and had no customer service. If I could give this Pharmacy and negative number I would. In all my life, I have had great service from Walgreens Pharmacies. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Stay away, find another one, don't use this store.

We had disposable cameras for people to take pictures with at our wedding this summer. Dropped them off in august to be developed and I’m under the impression they are all lost. It’s now November and nobody can tell us where they are.Not sure who to talk to but our cameras and all of the wedding pictures on them are MIA.Definitely avoid the photo department if you care about your pictures..

Look, this isn’t against the employees who are there, every one is incredibly nice in my experience. This is for corporate: you need to train your pharmacy employees better. I went to pick up a pertinent prescription for an infection. I had to update my insurance and it took 3 employees to do so, taking about 15 minutes total. By the time they were finished, the pharmacist was on break, and because I updated my insurance, I guess the pharmacist has to re-approve it. I got there on time, but now I have to wait 5 hours while I’m in school, infection getting worse, because multiple employees didn’t know how to update insurance. Crossing my fingers they don’t close early because it’ll be another 2 days before I can make it over due to my school hours and the pharmacy hours clashing.Every time I try to give Walgreens another chance, I regret it.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is absolutely horrible. I came to rt my prescription one day right when they opened up and I guess the people who were supposed to be there hadn’t shown up on time because I proceeded to wait in a 5 car line for almost 40 minutes until it was the pharmacists lunch time. How was no one working when between open and lunch? Ridiculous. Like I can understand being understaffed but there was no note or anything. Get it together. I wish I could rate 0 stars.
