“I took my F150 to PDR automotive because I had a problem that i thought was the water pump. They promptly schedule me for an evaluation and then the repair work. The water pump problem and the work that needed to be done was explained very clearly and also the cost estimate. The work was completed at the time they had indicated to me. The mechanic noted that I was due an oil change so I requested they add it while the had the truck at their place. They said no problem to do the oil change which saved me a trip on another day.
