The first time I went here everything went ok, but I only needed to do some sinole operations. Today I specifically made an appointment because I needed a specific issue taken care of quickly. I followed all the procedures they indicated in the email. I came a few minutes before my appointment time. The text message told me to wait until they will text me. 15 minutes after my scheduled time, I'm still standing here, listening to them chitchating about their lives and whatnot, and nobody seems interesting in servicing me or care about my appointment. I literally can hear the banking person discussing their personal problems which are obviously not banking-related. This is not the type of service I expect, especially considering that I went the way they want me to and made an appointment to be sure I will manage to do everrything quickly.

I went in today around 1:00 pm to order some Euros,the personal bankers send me to the tellers,tellers to the banker.It look like they did not know or did not want it to help me out.I told them that I was walking out and for them to put their business together.I have being a costumer since the 70's way before they were PNC.

PNC bank pulled out a second mortgage payment on the 17th of April: $1500. When we called to get it fixed, they told us they were processing it for return immediately. After 5 days, when we hadn't received it, we called in and they told us we should receive within another week. After another 7 days, we still haven't received it, and we got a message that the repayment had not been processed until the 27th of April -- 10 days after they took out the wrong payment. When we called again, they told us they had sent a check that we should eventually receive by paper mail. They deduct our mortgage electronically, but they didn't return the money electronically despite having the information to do so. All this during the COVID pandemic, when we are extra short of funds anyway. We highly recommend avoiding PNC for mortgages, and we will not be using them to purchase any future homes. We effectively lost $1500 12 days ago, and we have still not received the replacement funds.

STAY AWAY! This is the sorriest excuse for a business, they take your money and do NOTHING for you in return. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, basically non-existent. Their website is horrible, NOT user friendly in ANY way, and if you call you get transferred for days and wait on hold for an hour, then the people you talk to don't care about you or their jobs, so they don't bother to help you in any way. I wouldn't use PNC EVER AGAIN if they were the LAST LENDER ON EARTH!
