This is the place to go! Napleton Kia was the best car buying experience for my sister and I. Cordell was very sweet and informative! He made sure we were comfortable the entire time, while also showing us interesting cars that still fit into our budget.We were shown a car that I originally had zero interest in, then we left in that car! I love my 2023 Kia Forte! I was floored with how friendly the staff were, and how cooperative they all were to ensure that we were fit into a car that fit our budget. :)I will definitely keep coming here when I need to get another new car. :)

I purchased a used suv last month from Napleton Kia. I was especially pleased with the help I got from Jessica, the service advisor, explaining their used car safety inspection. Well I had to come back and praise her again for answering a couple more questions about my vehicle even though it’s not a Kia. She took the time to find the answers I could not since I’m not much of a car person. If you need service on your car, don’t hesitate to go see Jessica at Napleton’s!

Matt Shanks is the best. He has helped me with 4 leased vehicles at Napleton's Toyota in Urbana over 9 years. There is no one I would rather work with more than Matt Shanks. He is friendly, helpful, competent, and knowledgeable. He is the main reason I keep coming back to Napleton's Toyota.

I purchased my 2024 Kia Sportage at Napleton's yesterday, and the process was amazing, from start to finish. Andre Smith and Reese Smith both helped me (Andre helped on Wednesday evening, and Reese helped on Thursday afternoon, since Andre had the day off.)Both were very personable and professional, patient and thorough with their explanations. In fact, EVERYONE I interacted with in this process was great!I can recommend Napleton's for anyone looking for a car.

Jessica in the Kia service center is wonderful! She always has a beautiful smile and a cheerful disposition, and she's always very helpful. Jessica always makes sure that I'm well taken care of and that my vehicle is well looked after.

I had an service appointment scheduled for Sept 4, Labor Day, at 2pm. I drove an hour just to find out that the place was closed. No phone to change the scheduled date, nothing. Very disappointing.Update: the service manager Justin Keys personally apologized for my inconvenience and corrected the situation. He made it right 5/5 stars

LaDarius Taylor was a pleasure to do business with. We started with a price I just wasn't willing to do, and I was shocked he was flexible enough to negotiate the car down into my price range. He and the rest of the team were hospitable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process, which meant a lot. Buying a car is stressful as all get out, but he made it much less painful. I was told repeatedly a courtesy ride over. I have another income now. Internet people not sales people. I do not do credit first before seeing the vehicle old days. So ok find someone closer but stop playing games email and texting.

After 10 years of bringing our Hyundai to their service department, we had the most unprofessional treatment this week. Had appt. Monday for rear brakes; car sat for two and a half days. After making many phone calls to find out what was going on, we were told first that there are no parts available and then later that the brakes were fine-- ?? Took days to get a straight answer. No effort on their part to locate the repair parts needed & terrible communication snafus. (Picked car up Thursday morning. Took car elsewhere and needed only cleaning and adjustment.)Service manager and advisors repeatedly used excuse that people had been out sick on Wednesday. Okay, but nobody could return calls or make effort to keep us updated? Absolutely absurd situation. Not sure they really even looked at the brakes at all. Plus, sell and service a car but not have parts available for a routine repair?
