I was scammed and I feel ashamed. Scammed because I was charged nearly $10,000 more than the sticker price and ashamed because I didn't catch it the day of signing. Now I am stuck with a financial burden I never should have had. Also, there has been two recalls on the vehicle (2020 Kona) that they won't do anything about. No one will talk to me or return my calls, not even support. I keep getting forwarded or hung up on. This has been a terrible experience.

Kami was extremely helpful, especially since I hadn’t been to Napleton before. Kami made me feel like at ease and was so helpful in getting me what I needed at a very reasonable price. I was in and out in no time!

Matt Shanks is the best. He has helped me with 4 leased vehicles at Napleton's Toyota in Urbana over 9 years. There is no one I would rather work with more than Matt Shanks. He is friendly, helpful, competent, and knowledgeable. He is the main reason I keep coming back to Napleton's Toyota.

I purchased my 2024 Kia Sportage at Napleton's yesterday, and the process was amazing, from start to finish. Andre Smith and Reese Smith both helped me (Andre helped on Wednesday evening, and Reese helped on Thursday afternoon, since Andre had the day off.)Both were very personable and professional, patient and thorough with their explanations. In fact, EVERYONE I interacted with in this process was great!I can recommend Napleton's for anyone looking for a car.

Kami was my assigned service provider. She noticed me days advance to make sure all schedule meets my need and provided all possible services including a ride to my home and pick up. Drivers, engineers all made sure to provide the best service. Thank you for the great customer service!

Complete waste of time. Dealership full of incompetent liars.Update; 7/20/23Their service rep texted me to give her 5 star review for free oil change, has 0 awareness of car having issues.Update: 7/17/23Car still has ongoing Powertrain/Engine light prompts. Despite picking my car this morning. This has been ongoing since 5/27th. 3 visits to the dealership & not a damn thing done by the dealership that sold me this new car & its service department. They must've sold me a Lemon. Also 0 followup by the GM that replied to this post below this morning after I called him as prompted.7/15/23Been going back and forth with this dealership and had to resort to reaching out to Hyundai thru Bluelink directly the past 2 months on a recall for my Tuscon 22 Hybrid Limited. They even tried to charge me upwards of $400 for warranty covered inspections. Dropped off my car 2 months and again 1 month ago and was told everything was fixed only to find out the error is still ongoing. Had to make several calls again that parts weren't ordered. Dropped off again this morning at 9am and was told it'll only be a few hours until pickup. They didn't issue me a loan vehicle because it wasn't needed. Now it's 4:11pm after I've been trying to get a hold of someone for the past hour and had to call different departments to find that they closed 3pm and are closed Sunday.I'm without my car for the entire weekend after having plans thru Monday if anything without my car. 0 communication and followup with the service department.Do not bother getting any help from this dealership. Nothing but lies and excuses.

TERRIBLE! We bought our vehicle in Peoria because we hate dealing with them. Every time I go there, they screw something up. If you like 2 hour oil changes and being stranded for hours by their shuttle (this happened while I had my 3 young children with me), this is your place! For me, I'd go anywhere else for my warranty and free maintenance, if I could. But, the nearest Hyundai service department besides Napleton, Urbana, is in Decatur.

Car sat in service for 2 1/2 days with no one contacting us and no work done. Took 3 phone calls from us on third day to find out what the status was, and then we got contradictory stories. Brandon said there aren’t any replacement rear brake parts available; Justin said he might be able to get some from Auto Zone (!), and Kami said the brakes were okay. They sell & service Hyundais but have no rear brake parts for older models? No effort to locate the parts until mention of Auto Zone on day four? No one calling us to keep us updated? Absolutely absurd and infuriating situation, and crummy way to treat customers for ten+ years. (Turned out [at other place] that the brakes merely need cleaning & adjustment.)

After 10 years of bringing our Hyundai to their service department, we had the most unprofessional treatment this week. Had appt. Monday for rear brakes; car sat for two and a half days. After making many phone calls to find out what was going on, we were told first that there are no parts available and then later that the brakes were fine-- ?? Took days to get a straight answer. No effort on their part to locate the repair parts needed & terrible communication snafus. (Picked car up Thursday morning. Took car elsewhere and needed only cleaning and adjustment.)Service manager and advisors repeatedly used excuse that people had been out sick on Wednesday. Okay, but nobody could return calls or make effort to keep us updated? Absolutely absurd situation. Not sure they really even looked at the brakes at all. Plus, sell and service a car but not have parts available for a routine repair?

I was in the market for a vehicle and they helped me very well. Our salesman S. Samet treated us with courtesy and not pushing a hard sell, so it turned out to be an excellent situation.

They are concerned about sales only and will lie during the entire process. I get it's the car dealership world, but there are decent places out there. Their service department is beyond atrocious. They break the buyer/Genesis contract and will act as if someone will call to correct the issue. They have broken the contract multiple times. Guess time to lawyer up. Buyers beware. Just look at all the other reviews. I can/will post pictures of emails/texts/voicemails proving the broken contract signed at buying. Save yourself money and the hassle, shop elsewhere.

Don’t get fooled by their “good reviews”. The dealership here, especially the current sales manager is rude, abrasive, and will backtrack everything that was previously agreed upon. They will even push their dealership packages and will not sell the car if you decline. It’s likely because they are used to preying on new car buyers (students) and feel they can get away with such tactics.

Wife has hybrid sonata towed on Tuesday. After leaving messages and explaining possible hybrid issue to three people, on Friday she is texted that Napleton's is not a hybrid certified dealership. No assistance to help solve the problem; not sure they even looked at the fault code to provide advice. They're definetely short staffed and have a communication issue. Can anyone share a better path to getting assistance since Napleton's failed us?
