The Napleton crew is the best!! Reese was so kind and personable, and despite being so busy on a Saturday- he made time to make sure we were good during our visit and worked with us on getting the best deal possible. Gabriel was also so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend Napleton's for anyone looking for a new or used car. They made us very comfortable with our purchase. Just wanted to take a minute to share our experience with Jessica. We have had a couple bad experiences while having our car serviced, but neither one was with her. And once she found out about it, she went above and beyond to get the situation taken care of. our recent experience over a warranty issue she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and returned our car looking better than it did when we dropped it off anybody that I come in Contact with that is taking their car to Napleton’s. I highly recommend Jessica as their go to. She is top notch and always goes above and beyond. She’s very much appreciated from our family and we will continue to do business with her and Napleton’s. Jessica, thank you for all you do. You’re kind and loving spirit and your pleasant greetings. Every time we come.

Kind in person. Diverse and inclusive staff. Decent car selection. Robert is a great salesman. Authentic. Honest. Doesn’t seem to bite of more than he can chew/make promises he cannot keep. Finance department communication is absolutely terrible once you leave the dealership. Not trustworthy or men of their word though. Cannot say that I would recommend.

I purchased my 2024 Kia Sportage at Napleton's yesterday, and the process was amazing, from start to finish. Andre Smith and Reese Smith both helped me (Andre helped on Wednesday evening, and Reese helped on Thursday afternoon, since Andre had the day off.)Both were very personable and professional, patient and thorough with their explanations. In fact, EVERYONE I interacted with in this process was great!I can recommend Napleton's for anyone looking for a car.

It’s been pretty decent to me. Been going there for years. The new guy for Mazda got me set up pretty easily and quickly I think his name is Paul. He sent messages about how he is my new Mazda guy n if I needed anything to let him know. I didn’t even know the last guys name! He seem cool works for me and keep my Mazda running smooth!

Our first time buying a new car in over a decade...luckily, we were in good hands with Gregory Mitts, who made us feel so welcome and appreciated! We started the buying process a bit late in the day on a Saturday, but he (and Emma from Financing) stayed on-site well past closing time to make sure we had what we needed. And since it was too late to do it that day, he offered some time the following Monday to give a tutorial on all the high-tech features we've never dealt with before...thank you so much Gregory!

My wife and I stopped by our local Genesis dealer at Napleton’s Auto Park of Urbana, IL to look at Genesis sedans. We were met by a very polite and pleasant young man, Jamal Berry.We told Jamal we were interested in looking at a G80 Genesis. He led us to the showroom, made sure we were comfortable, and asked us to wait. A few minutes later he pulled up in a brand new 2024 Genesis G80… exactly what we were looking for!After taking the car for a drive, we began negotiating a deal. Jamal was very pleasant and transparent during the whole process. We feel like we got a fair deal on a great car.We came back a couple days later to pickup our new car. Jamal had the car washed and sparkling clean. He spent a long time showing me how all the features of the car worked and making sure I knew how to operate everything.Jamal made sure we were well informed and made sure our car buying process went as smoothly as possible. Our whole experience with Jamal Berry and Napleton Auto Park was exceptional. ?

After 10 years of bringing our Hyundai to their service department, we had the most unprofessional treatment this week. Had appt. Monday for rear brakes; car sat for two and a half days. After making many phone calls to find out what was going on, we were told first that there are no parts available and then later that the brakes were fine-- ?? Took days to get a straight answer. No effort on their part to locate the repair parts needed & terrible communication snafus. (Picked car up Thursday morning. Took car elsewhere and needed only cleaning and adjustment.)Service manager and advisors repeatedly used excuse that people had been out sick on Wednesday. Okay, but nobody could return calls or make effort to keep us updated? Absolutely absurd situation. Not sure they really even looked at the brakes at all. Plus, sell and service a car but not have parts available for a routine repair?
