Jamal (sales) was very helpful! From calling me as I was driving over from out of town, to showing me different features on the vehicle I was interested in, he was very attentive and professional! He was very knowledgeable and is going to continue helping me look for the very specific car I am looking for.

I always expect to pay more for labor at the dealer than elsewhere, but Napleton's is on another planet. They charge $170 for a diagnostic, and as a point of comparison, Illini Nissan charges $120. The diagnostic report they provide is minimal and only shows 10-12 indicators whereas other dealers and mechanics give a much more complete picture. They wanted to charge me $600 for labor alone to install two A/C compressor brackets. This is outrageous. Also, the people here need to do a better job of communicating with one another- they never seem to know what other technicians or agents have done even though they have a centralized database. Unfortunately, I don't think they have much incentive to lower their prices but I do hope they can be better communicators.

I recently visited Napleton Mitsubishi and had the great pleasure of meeting salesman, Tres Mercer. Although I did not purchase a vehicle, Tres gave me a very thorough and detailed demonstration of the Mitsubishi Outlander along with all of its features. I have been car shopping for a while and I will say this has been near the top of my experiences of working with salesmen. Overall, I was very satisfied with his service :)

When I met with the associate at check in, I shared that the mechanic I took my car to, sent ne to tge dealership because he thought my vehicle was having transmission issue related to the recall my car had repaired. The associate questioned his experience in a less than professional manner with no knowledge.I waited at the facility. I recieved texts on the status of my vehicle which is nice, but this included an estimate for a repair I wasn't expecting and which was extremely costly and of which I questioned my vehicle's driveability and safety (new transmission). When I asked the associate if the car was drivable, she knew I was traveling in the next week, she was flippant telling me that the I could drive it but who knew when the transmission would fail.This is my second negative customer service at Napletons in the past year. Previous service has been impeccable. Using a text to inform a customer that their car needed over $10,000 of repair is exceptionally not customer friendly - especially when said customer is on the building waiting. I felt that the associate was too busy to care about my needs and really showed no compassion toward the news about my vehicle.I will not return to Napletons for service and as a result of uncertainty about the safety of my car, bought a new vehicle elsewhere.

Stephen did a great job. He checked for recalls on my vehicle and kept me up to date on the status of my car while it was getting serviced. The overall service was quick, and the waiting area and restrooms were clean.

If you're planning on trying to buy a car from here, I recommend rethinking your plans. I just can't recommend them over any other dealership within 100 miles of Urbana-Champaign. In January, they appraised my car for $3,000 less than book value as a trade. Today they offered me $5,000 less than book value on top of increasing the price of the car they were selling by $2,995 over MSRP. There's really no reason to shop at Napleton when you can sit in your pajamas and have a car delivered to your door anyway.
