they told me to bring my car in at 9am. i did. then they said they had things to finish but my car will be done by 12. 12 o’clock comes and they say they can’t find the piece to fix my car. but only bc i called for an update ! they did not let me know they didn’t have the piece on their own. when i called 2 days before !!!
