On July 29, 2023 my daughters and son in laws house was damaged by the high winds that hit much of Central Illinois. It has now been 9 days and neither they or Serv Pro can get claims or this agents office to return their calls. Bad business and customer service.

Kemba is on their staff and she is very helpful and smart. I have been a State Farm holder of insurance for forty years. When I compare rates they are always lower.
