At almost 21 years old, my corn snake developed some kind of mass and stopped eating. As he got thinner, besides the lump, I knew he was dying. I had never needed to take him to a Vet before and I had to call around to find someone to see my reptile. They put him to sleep humanely, and when they gave him back to me in the shoebox I brought, it was covered in hearts and Colby's name printed on the top. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture! When their website says that they provide compassionate care, it's for the patients AND the pet parents, regardless of species or time as a client. I will always be grateful to them for making this sad experience better.

Terrific care! I have two mini lop bunnies and a 14 year old chihuahua. Dr. Welle and her team are top notch! Everyone is always so kind and patient. They always make sure my pets are healthy with their total care. LaLa, the chihuahua: 0/10 Would not recommend. Well, except that vet tech. She's ok. I like how she scratches behind my ears. I guess she can stay.

My dog is always excited to go to the vet! Dr. Welle does a fantastic job being gentle and kind to be giving my dog the best care. Her and her staff listen and pay attention to detail to ensure there is nothing they are missing. All of that very reasonably priced is hard to beat!

I love this place. The staff is so amazing and patient with my dog who can get nervous around new people. I highly recommend them! My fur baby gets the best care when I take her here with reasonable prices. I won’t take her anywhere else.

We have been so fortunate to learn of Dr Mary Welle and her staff! Though we had good care and access from our prior vet, we sought a second opinion for cancer treatment. This well-researched, pleasant exchange (with follow-up surgery) sealed the deal for our transfer of care. Since that time, our entire family (& many friends) has transferred care of their dogs and cats to this practice and are happy. The physical exams are so thorough, full of education and treatment options (with price quotes). Even during the COVID -19 crisis, they have remained open with extra safety and exposure guidelines. And during this time, we faced a terminal illness. When results were received, Dr Welle provided us with timely feedback, supportive and kind. Thank you are 2 small words for our appreciation.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. I am a medical care professional myself, I like to be informed about what happened during the procedure with my animal and what medications were given. I was not give them any of that information with quickly rushed out the door. On top of that, my dog has 6 teeth pulled and was not sent home with any pain medication. I questioned if this was normal and if he would be in pain and they completely blew m off. I will not go back to recommend it to anyone.

Dr Mary has providez the most thorough exam and treatment plan we've ever received during our 30+ years of pet companionship. We have never felt rushed and there is a strong sense of care for each dog. And even during difficult decisions and ultimately euthanasia, Dr Mary was calm, compassionate and so caring. Blessing!

I CANNOT recommend this vet enough! Absolutely amazing care! I brought my cat in for a second opinion on her treatment in regards to her diabetes. The vet was not only very caring towards my pet, but very informative as well! I learned more about my cat's condition in one visit than I have in the numerous visits I had at her previous vet. I also found out that my cat desperately needed a different course of treatment and now feel very confident with the next steps being taken. Not only is the staff amazing and friendly, but the costs are low! I will be saving a lot of money towards my fur baby's care, to which my bank account is extremely grateful for! I am completely, 100% satisfied with switching to this vet and am extremely thankful my little fur baby is on the road to recovery!

I have been bringing my ferrets here for years. I have only ever seen doctor Ritter but in the past she has been good with them. I am not sure what is going on with her but she has gone from good, to giving quasi bad advice, to now out right incompetence. There are more examples but this is the straw that broke the camels back. I brought in my ferret with a cough and refusal to eat food. These are huge red flags of a big issue of some kind. She looked at the ferret and said "She looks fine. Sometimes cats get bored with their food and stop eating it." There is nothing right with those words so I brought my ferret to the other vet in town that sees ferrets. She said, before I told her the issue, "That ferret is to skinny". Then we did x-rays and discovered a case of pneumonia. If I had relied on Ritter my ferret would probably be dead by now. I say again, I have never seen the other vet, but this is part of a larger pattern of behavior with Ritter. If you value yours pets lives don't bring them here.
