Dryer didn’t work at all but what’s worse is it simply didn’t clean or wash the vast majority of bugs, grime and just dirt … I was happy the dryer didn’t work at all so that towel we use for post car wash touch up drying was used to effect most of the car’s cleaning … paying $7 for spraying water on my car that at best i can use as the solvent to clean a dirty car with the towel i better bring

Terrible service. The cashiers they hire are trash. Lazy, they shut down locations for qn hr as cashier sits on phone outside building thats locked. I stood for 30 mins beside worker who told me 30 mins later that the system was down. I said you need to put a sign on door. I waited next door for 10 mins and returned to see her open and functioning. Lies.

Car wash damaged my vehicle and they have yet to respond to my multiple calls. The staff says to call HR and everything else is out of their hands, completely useless. So I'm suing them in small claims court because there's no way I would purposefully try to damage my brand new $80k truck with their car wash. They changed the dryer system in the car wash and someone didn't calibrate it and it hit down the entire front of my vehicle damaging the hood and grill. Lazy workers and owner doesn't care about taking responsibility for his establishment....

Definitely in need of some upkeep. The brushes don't make contact with the car the whole time, particularly on the rear window, so a lot of dirt is missed. Additionally the air dry is useless because the system continues to drip the entire time it passes over your car putting water right back. There are definitely better car washes, even other Circle K car Washes, in town.

I needed a car wash and didn't look at the price of gas in the 'Paign. I sent my son inside to get the receipt because the pump didn't print it, which is why I gave them only two stars.BTW, unless you are buying a LOT (over 40 gallons) of gas, it's never worth the savings unless you need a car wash.

Ok, guys, this automatic car wash is very close to my work so I decided to try. There are $7,$11,$14 and $16 options, I chose the cheapest one. Budget wash. After signal "enter the bay" I drove into it and ... nothing happened. The machine didn't react on my car. Robowash doesn't communicate to you really, you basically don't understand what to do and just try to follow "stop" and "drive" signals but it is not very helpful. I requested a human assistance and gas station lady helped me to trigger the whole process. Here is the thing: YOUR WHEEL MUST STAY EXACTLY AT THE METAL PLATE to initiate wash. 5 mins of washing show and you are ready to go. Overall my car wasn't quite clean (dust and bird marks) and wasn't quite dry. See the pictures. I give 4 stars , not 3, only because rainbow unicorn soap ?? got right to my heart and because, probably, I shouldn't have expected good results from the cheapest wash. Conclusion: 1)if you want well cleaned car do it by yourself , 2) don't expect too much from budget service. I will try $11 next time.
