It was a bad year: credit cards hacked and identity theft. Busey was great handling things and clearly telling me how to handle those things outside their purview. Four times I needed their services and each time I was treated with courtesy and respect. The young lady and the senior officer were both personable and very informative. I have been banking at Busey for over twenty years and have never had any difficulties. The people there have always been friendly and helpful.

The employees are always Friendly and Inviting The Busey on Main St Urbana IL is the one to go to...I Believe but could be wrong with the Busey Bank on Philo Rd is closed..Be safe go to Main St Urbana IL..

I had to make a deposit for my mother in law. The girl at the drive thru at the Pines location was super helpful. My transaction was quick and efficient and they were very polite. Would definitely recommend. I am thinking of switching my account to Busey. Better customer service than the bank I am currently using.

Worse Customer Drive up!! They must of hired new people. I've always, up to today had good experiences . Busey Bank you really need to have better hours on Saturdays, especially since you close at 5:00 during the week. Most people work til then.

Nice people, and a wonderful experience up until they restricted access to 9 of the previous year's statements (unless I buy then back) right as tax season was ramping up.
