I went today and my experience was horrible. The woman who took care of us was arrogant and I would say racist as well. Don't buy anything for that. I went to the one in Bloomington and they treated me very well and I bought the cell phone I wanted.

I have learned that the return policy they have posted in store does not matter when they're going to charge you more and pocket the extra cash they change the return policy depending on the phone you buy. Not recommended to shop at the store I would suggest the one on Bloomington road or the 1 on prospect where they actually will work with you

Seriously one of the worst cell phone companies I've ever had service through if you're reading this and you don't have their service yet don't get it I would suggest straight talk or something that has better coverage I live in Urbana I work in Urbana I also have a job in Savoy and both of those places I have zero service.

This is Gary's youngest son, this store is the worst. I have had multiple more than 4 bad experiences dealing with this stores staff not knowing what they are doing. Now you cant even answer the phone when the site says so I believe you are open. If I could rate - stars I would.

Great outlet for Boost Mobile phones and accessories. Have bought phones, accessories, and now i sometimes pay for my internet there. Very friendly staff.

I brought 2 phones and it took 4 hours to transfer our data to the new phones. I took my phones home and finished it myself.( 20 minutes). My phone camera wouldn't come on ( a brand new phone) instead of trying to fix or replace they told me to call the phones maker. Normally I don't complain but I'm estatic because I can pay online and not have to enter the store and wait.

From day one this place has been stellar. There used to be one lady who was there every time I went and she was so welcoming. Now there is more staff and they are great just like her! As I walked in one new guy made eye contact and said, “Hello!” And did the same with my mother and another gentleman whom walked in afterwards. We all said, “Hello,” back. Then Eric Z. came and said, “Hello, how can I help you?” He processed the payment in a timely manner. That guy deserves to be promoted. I remember seeing him as he first started and I saw how quickly he caught on to everything. I support Boost Mobile of Urbana and recommend coming here for plenty of seating and friendly staff.
