This place is a joke. They were supposed to have a preloaded trailer ready for me to pick up by 0600. I arrived a little after 0600 only to be told this is a live loading and you are late, therefore a $261 late fee applies. My carrier had to fight with them in order to get it waived. Once I finally got a dock door, they loaded damaged product on the wagon, causing further delays to timely departure and now we have to reschedule the delivery appointment because I wasted close to five hours of my 14 hour clock on this nonsense, even though they had a couple of my carriers empty trailers on the lot and could have had the load ready. I gave three stars instead of 1 or 2 because the office staff is friendly (as others have said) and they did fix their error. Still if you come here be prepared for some nonsense.

Last month was terrible customer service by a lady on 3rd shift.
Update: 7/20/24 appointment time 7am walked up to the door got buzzed in a young lady named Demaija greeted me and another driver had great customer service wish it was definitely more professional people like her! Thank you for making my morning great! You deserve your flowers! And I pray God continue to bless you!

They charged me over $250, and they said I was late even though I showed up early. The appointment was 7/2 at 16:30, and I showed up on 7/1 at 21:30

Lady on 3rd shift needs help on customer service she’s rude. Point blank period. People like her makes or job harder than they think. Without truckers there wouldn’t be any jobs so put some respect on us ma’am. 6/12 12am

You can park on left side before gate hours are 7am to 530pm or so
There is a Brand new QT ON THE CORNER WITH TRUCK PARKING SOON NOT OPEN AS OF YET
HAVE A 2200 APPOINTMENT TIME NOT SURE IF THEY WILL BE HERE AT THAT TIME
Update yes receiving starting at 2100 go around back to office an find a spot then check in need a number that starts with a 1074 to unload or load
Also need your DL#
Very Nice staff Lady at receiving desk is very nice ???

The lady in the Ship/Receive office is very rude and angry. Don’t know what she is dealing with but it isn’t the drivers fault. This place is not driver friendly nor do they care about your clock. It is hit or miss and more often than not miss. So, be prepared for anything when coming here.

Got there early checked in and put in door around back for unloading 4 hours later was told bills were ready but they weren’t mine so they had to find mine the people were friendly and got it all fixed just another day in the life of a trucker

Had a great experience. Checked in at 22:00 for a live load appointment at 09:00 the next day since they do allow overnight parking. Received a call at 06:24 to go to door; received the bills and left at 09:20. They do have a single bathroom and vending machines with your basic chips/drinks. Everyone was polite.
