Well if they learn how to load the trailers the first time instead of having me come back and reload it because they were overweight in the nose and then the second time I came back and reloaded a different load overweight in the rear.

I only give 2 stars because it's a pretty easy place to get a tractor trailer into, other than that it's been a bad experience. Had a 7 am appointment for a live unload, so checked in at 6:30. Was docked right away but took over an hour and a half for them to start. Another truck arrived after me, has been unloaded and left as I still wait. He also had a full load so not sure what the problem with my load is. Definitely a place I will try to avoid

The security guard is the best guy... wish all people treat truckers same. Such a great guy. My appointment was at 6PM but he got me door at 10AM and loaded by 11:30AM and left...

Truckers: I had a 1 star review on here, but I had to update. Today, July 3, I got here an hour early. It took a long time to get through the gate, but they unloaded me quickly and I was out of there by my scheduled appt time. If I come back and its that good again I will bump it up a star. 100% improvement from a year ago.

Check in and out with security guard, checked in 6 hr earlier then appt and out in 50 mins.
