Very poor service. They made huge mistake on figuring taxes, I had to pay in to IRS before they would do the correction so I could receive a refund. Always had to call back because they would not respond back when they said they would. Always too busy. Finally get in to sign corrections and they were very rude.

Originally called and made two appointments for them to call back a day before the appointment to move up our time.let them know we could do 4 p.m. and would be a few minutes late due to work.we get there and both women in there said sorry dont have time to do two returns so you need to leave. Didnt ask for names or anything. Just was very RUDE and had poor customer service. We will never go back there again!!

Because we always receive the best from Carolyn and Loretta when we get our taxes done there. They even out up with our children who can be a handful with a smile, one ADHD and one autistic and two others who the oldest(ADHD) likes to antagonize while we are there.
