The service department is amazing! I had trouble with my steering coming down the interstate. They had me in and out and back on the road in under 30 minutes! Absolutely wonderful!!!

Not that it couldn't be a bit better and more friendly, but my recent experiences (which have been few because our 2016 Fusion has essentially been problem free since it was new) have been pretty painless and as expected. I have had a little grease on the steering wheel and the radio station changed, but the people there have been great, reasonable, and I have not had to have anything done twice, and for a Dealership these days, that is pretty impressive!

I recently purchased a Volkswagen SUV at Tuscola Ford, and it was a great experience. I had been shopping all over the area for over a month and Tuscola Ford was not like many of the dealerships here in Central Illinois. They did not jack me around on my trade and they were able to get to my number without any high-pressure sales tactics. They did not try to push their financing, accessories, or warranties. And when I asked about a service contract, they found one at a reasonable price from Ford Service. This is only the second time in 30 years I purchased one of those. They had license plates in-house and completed the paperwork in less than an hour. My compliments to Rocky, Brayden, Justin, and Olivia.

Very nice people to deal with. Spoke with them several times on the phone as I yravel a lot. Arranged to meet them Saturday morning, inspected, test drove, paperwork, snd I was out in about an hour. Super smooth transaction. THANK YOU

I felt the experience overall wasn't what I expected for the price I paid. $100 for oil change and new wipers at what was supposed to be a sale price didn't seem to great of a deal.

Not happy with the service I've received. Didn't buy my vehicle from Tuscola Ford. So when it arrived with a known defect. I was told if it's not covered by the warranty I would be charged over $2000.00. so my engine arrived the week of Thanksgiving, and 10 day's of working on my car, I still don't have a car. I don't understand how a 25 hour job takes more than 2 weeks. I would not recommend Tuscola Ford. So two months of commuting 3 hours a day so we can get to work, because Tuscola Ford wouldn't do anything to get us a loaner car or a rental. This is my first and last Ford. Maybe I can drive my car before Christmas. Hopefully it works well enough to trade it in soon.

Ford of Tuscola has been great service department is great. I'm like other Ford Dealer if you didn't buy your vehicle there the won't give you the time of day for service
