The lady working had a horrible attitude. I asked for a manager, she called someone and then like ten minutes later told me this location didn't even have a manager they were trying to hire one. Every visit to this location has been a nightmare and now I'm looking elsewhere for a phone company.

I went in to change my phone plan. And the girl was super rude. The employees mom I assume, was in there with her other child running around. I was going to buy a another phone but she made some comments about my 'budget' and was just really rude. Will definitely not come back ans will go somewhere else for my phone plan.

I’m sooo happy Cricket came to Mattoon!!! By switching to Cricket I took $150.00 a MONTH off my family’s phone Bill!!!! They give UNLIMITED DATA so I no longer have to worry how high the phone bill will be? and their price includes taxes, ect... set price, no game playing! The reception is wonderful, even when any of us have to travel!MISTY was wonderful help to me (since I’m technically challenged...) she was so kind and patient ... went way out of her way and spent over 2 hours of her time to help me with some phone switching. Great customer service!!!!!

you guys have horrible workers , and it's my choice if I want my phone number nd data switched. If I knew it was this stupid andoid I wouldn't have told you to switch it . This is the worst experience I've ever had anywhere.
