The owners are absolutely the best! Very friendly & personable. They have a huge variety of anything a "crafter" could want or need! Beautiful shop! They also own the flower shop, Waterman's florist. Again, beautiful, with a nice selection!

The Troy Senior Center held a fall craft class with Scott! He could not have been more accommodating! He had 15 ladies making wreaths! Can't say no enough good about Scott and his shop! Top notch all the way!

The quality and customer service is beyond amazing at Waterman's Loft. The ribbon and greenery selections are some of the best I've ever seen.I have also taken several classes that Scott and some of his other designer friends have taught and have learned some new hobbies!

Having a blast taking classes, 6ft welcome board signs, bow making, painting project, floral center piece, door hanger just to name a few. Scott is the best, always makes class fun! The other teachers have been wonderful to Angie, Shannon. I just love learning new things! Thanks
