Pharmacy is filled with nothing but liars. I transfer my prescriptions from Walmart cause they’re always running out. I call Walgreens and they say they have stock and will transfer it over and it’ll be ready the next day. I call next day asking and pharmacist goes have to get approval from Dr. I ask will I still get my prescription filled. Oh yeah we have it sitting here. Two more days pass and I get a notification on app saying prescription is delayed out of stock.
Amazing now I see why they have the reputation they have. Taking mine and my families prescriptions to CVS.

Staff is friendly and while the Walgreens pharmacy is excellent, the store is also great, with a wide range of items that are generally at a reasonable price.

Went to get my sister her flu & covid shots. Couldn’t get the flu shot due to insurance… so we asked if the doctor could write a RX for the flu shot cause we thought we did it at Walgreens last year. The rude tech replied “better insurance would solve the problem” and she was SO rude. My sister is 27 completely & utterly disabled. G tube and diaper dependent. She cannot TALK even. She’s 27 and cannot be on our insurance so she is on state insurance. She cannot change that, no one can. Your employees don’t have to be so rude & biased towards people on state insurance. I’m completely disappointed in our visit today. She could’ve just answered our question & been helpful about what to do next. Instead she was rude. Attitude was NOT necessary at all.

Rude employees that are biased to people on state insurance. My sister went up there today for covid & flu shot. She couldn’t get the flu shot due to insurance. My mom asked if the doctor could write a prescription for the flu shot because she really thought we did that at Walgreens last year. The rude tech just replies “better insurance would solve the problem” She’s 27 and diaper/g tube dependent… do you really think she can change her insurance?! You guys suck. Could’ve just answered my moms question without being completely rude & biased. Thoroughly disappointed in the visit. My mom asked a simple question & you might as well have just berated her in front of everyone. I hate this place. My mom didn’t ask if her insurance was crap, she was asking if *HER* doctor could write a prescription for the flu shot & my sister come back later once that was done. She didn’t get an answer to that question, she just got berated for my sister being on state insurance… that no one can change or do literally anything about. This place needs some sensitivity training or something. Never experienced anyone being that rude over a stupid flu shot & insurance. Just answer the question the best way you know how. That’s all we ever freaking wanted. Didn’t appreciate the attitude

If I could give 0 stars I would. I use to live in Troy years ago when my husband was stationed in the area. Very nice neighborhood and kind neighbors. We now live in Chicago, but every time we drive pass Troy, we like to stop by and reminisce on old times. But now I'll pass by and remember the kind of treatment I received. This review is not for the store, it's a review for the pharmacists! You go to this people to kindly help you, hear you out, and to try and understand your needs, etc. I work in healthcare, and I understand that we get all kind of patients, but no matter what the situation, customer service matters! This is by far the worst customer service I've had at a Walgreens drive thru ever! The pharmacist were very rude, impatient and no sympathy for people. I literally left there in tears. I felt rushed and unheard! It saddened me that my daughter had to witness that. I was a customer that day, with a valid military insurance! A spouse of a active military member, serving your country! And because they couldn't figure out why my insurance wasn't showing active, but my daughters was; I was dismissed and told that I was holding the line and that the other customers behind me needed to be seen! I even had them talk to my insurance and they confirmed my active insurance, and told them that it must be a glitch on their system. But no, that wasn't enough! Instead I was shown that a brown skinned woman with a mixed child, weren't important enough that day. If you're going to work in the healthcare industry, please have the patience to deal with all kind of people, you don't know what people are going through or dealing with, you should never make someone feel like they are less important!! I called the store that day, and spoke to the store manager who kindly apologized for their actions. But it's something that I won't forget. Again, this is a review for the pharmacy, not the whole store.

Don’t bother filling out vaccine forms online they don’t know how to use them. Also, disregard instructions in the email, they will not serve you without a vaccine card. I’m switching pharmacies, maybe someone else won’t contradict their own process.
