I did not want to give this service 1 star until today but today service decided to do it. Few days ago I dropped off my semi truck to alightment and to correct steering wheel correct position , engine check light, and recall. Today I came to pick up, so front desk gave me BILL when I saw they changed my name and my address without ask than he fixed, when I read work jobs step by step look like they done allightment but they didn’t correct steering wheel position well, when I pay cost of repair cashier gave key I go back side of yard and start pre trip inspection I saw everywhere dirty mechanic hands’ dirt, than I check steering wheel didn’t fixed check car walk they lost cat walk mount I bought it cost me over $35 extra, I go and ask front desk they don’t know nothing but they serviced. I am customer this location since 2018 many times try to explain and solve issue with front desk but always promised and didn’t well. I have all labor parts recalls receipts. I try to talk with manager again good excuse try to avoid it. I hope management or owner read my concerns and contact back my review. Also next customer before you drop off please take a picture and video of your truck and pre trip inspection before leave this place might be other mechanics and employee works well but my almost 6,5 years experience with this place happens a lot.
After my review service manager called to my phone his name is “Daniel” and told me refund and sorry about that happened we talked very friendly and keep Bussines in the future and I switched my star to 5 stars and I hope will do good service this location thanks again Service Manager Daniel

Very trucker oriented. They have free showers, popcorn and sometimes hot dogs. They have vending with sandwiches and such with a microwave downstairs. The drivers lounge has alot of recliners and TV. My husband and I take our truck here.

Nicest dealership I've seen. Fixed my truck 3 hrs sooner than expected. Laundry, showers, free food, comfortable lounge. Very nice staff at the counter.

I had a great experience with them. I was very afraid of coming to a freightliner but this place restored my faith. They were extremely helpful, fast service, ahead of schedule and their facility is beyond amazing.

Driver lounge is amazing!! These guys offer complimentary food and drinks. 5 star experience so far!!

Not sure how people put any good reviews about the mechanics. The only positive thing is the lounge and Sara and Jess. I ask them to check 3 hoses that were assembled badly BY FREIGHTLINER if it’s covered by warranty and one hose that is leaking. Ended up with a 195/hr bill for each issue individually and the problem that they were supposed to fix, they wrote in report that there is no leak. See for yourself in pictures if this is a leak or not. Mechanics and dealerships deserve one fat multimillion dollar lawsuit for playing with our lives on the road and our hard earned money. Think twice before you go here.
Personal recommendation:
Ask for all possible charges to be estimated upfront before they even touch your truck.
Also, be aware that if you ask for 3,4 different things to be looked at they will charged separate “diagnostics” for each thing even if you tell them and point the obvious issue. And you know that thing how your transmision is covered by warranty? Transmission is, but hoses are not, so there is million $ labor cost to replace a hose. And their answer:
Oh, but they will charge you this in any dealership!
Well if mechanic is at least competent to do a repair, maybe I would pay for it. But allow me to tell you that mechanic forgot his cheat sheet inside the truck on how to replace a hose.
And that is my fellow drivers who’s taking care of our trucks.

I would give them -1 F this place they didn’t do nothing to truck I brought the truck for Allignment and they didn’t even do work and charge me 220 I would never recommend this place to nobody -10 for the worker who works there

I give 1 star only because it's a nice facility....
I had a 6 pack of injectors put in and the mechanic who did work left oil all down the backside of my engine including NOT settling my overhead correctly...
$5700 for a job I had to get properly finished by another trusted mechanic....
Shame on your professional work....
If your a owner-op beware and maybe you'll get them on a good day , obviously they just hurried thru my repair
