I drove up to the storage unit hoping I didn't loose all our things, but low and behold there were two gentlemen at the unit.They told us everything we need to know about the company changes and what to expect for the place. Overall we are very happy with the kind and professional treatment.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The storage unit was filthy when I moved in. Had to clean it myself before moving my stuff in. Got a new place. Moved out. Left the unit cleaner than when I found it, empty, and lock removed. I properly scheduled my move out on the web portal. It’s been over a month. I am still getting invoices, bills, and past due notices. The customer service is atrocious. They will say the supervisor is not available. Get your number for a call back. Then they won’t call back. This has happened twice.EDIT: They called back from a silenced number so I wouldn’t hear it ring. No, my phone isn’t on silent. They left a voicemail stating they they had moved me out. God forbid the people supervising this place actually speak to the people their negligence hinders the lives of.

After an hour of live chat to rent a space, I arrived to find a lock on my newly rented unit. I called and was told that was the only unit of it's size and I could have a refund or pay for a larger unit. I opted for the refund. It is now over two weeks and I still have no refund.This has been the worst business experience ever. I find this company to be incompetent, unresponsive, and far less than honest. There are better storage options in the area.

I rent from red dot and also buy units at auction from red dot and it is an easy experience. Everyone I have talked to from red dot has been so nice and great help. Look forward to continuing business with them.

HORRIBLE! The gate is never closed & people break into these units CONSTANTLY!!! Get your gate fixed. We pay for a secured storage unit!!
