Food is always sold out because they only make one item at a time. I would definitely buy a pretzle evertime I visit, almost daily. Im lucky if i can snag one once a month. The clerk doesn't even have to do anything except stand there with their hands in their pocket while the customers use the new self checkout.

Extremely RUDE "night shift". Went in at 4:00am to get gas before work and the older woman with glasses mumbled something that contained a curse word under her breath when I walked in. Tried to ignore it. Grabbed a water ans went to the register to get gas. Pulled out LEGAL TENDER of $100 and she EXTREMELY rudely said, "Uh, I can't break that." "This is the night shift." Like I should know anything about money handling at a gas station. So I still stayed calm and apologized and was about to walk out when she said, clearly annoyed, "I guess I could just give you fives." So she started slamming fives down and counting them out, all while I was apologizing AGAIN, and explaining that I didn't know about how night shift handles money. Never worked a night shift in my life, how am I supposed to know?VERY disappointed in this gas station and they will no longer have my business. I will just go to Pilot down the street next time I need early morning gas. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Ridiculous. I was nothing but nice and polite to this lady and she had to make my good morning into an awful one.

The older lady who works overnights needs to be talked to or fired. Shes the worst , Extremely rude and unwelcoming. She will talk to her self and mumble stuff under her breath while you are in the store and even while at the register. She will purposely go do something as you are walking to the register and make you wait for her to finish before she rings you out. I wouldn’t even write this review if it hasnt been everytime I go in there and its her its the same thing and i go here pretty often.

The lady who works over night is THE WORST HUMAN you could possibly come in contact with. I have never in my life met somebody so rude and unprofessional ever. For the sake of your company please fire this lady. I would rather the gas station be closed at night than to have to deal with this lady ever again. She is the gas station worker from the black lagoon. If anyone from corporate or owners of this store sees these reviews you need to seriously do something about this lady before she ruins your business in this town.

Absolutely the worst experience at a gas station. The night shift lady is extremely rude. She makes completely unnecessary comments under her breath, and makes it a very unpleasant experience. I have talked to numerous different people though out Troy, and each has their own independent experience with the older lady. Being one of the only open gas stations late at night, it should be a convinent place to shop for drinks and gas. However, when I am insulted for coming in so late or not wearing a mask at midnight it gets frustrating to continue providing my business here. Again, the gas station itself is fine. However the older lady who works there at night seriously needs to be more considerate torwards customers as many share similar negative experiences.i would understand if customers were being roudy or rude. However myself and others have been nothing polite, so the rudeness is unexpected.

The older lady who works nights has been extremely rude as of lately. And from other reviews it’s seems from other reviews it’s been like this for a while. A group of my friends and I (being young adults) have never been anything but respectful towards her on our late night stops in. Multiple times she has said things to us that were rude and uncalled for. Making comments about how we we’re not wearing masks (after the mandate was lifted), asking where our parents are (the youngest one of us being 19), or even when it was just my sister and I stopping in for drinks and a bathroom break we’re bombarded with an attitude and made to wait while she finished whatever task she was on. Normally I wouldn’t write something like this having worked customer service for many years. But. When it’s to the point we don’t want to go back anymore simply for the way the staff treats us it becomes an issue. I also understand that staffing is hard at the moment so you have to take who you can get but this is a little insane.

The old lady with glasses that always works night shifts is EXTREMELY rude she mumbles something every time me and my friends come in to purchase drinks or what not and tries to act like she has the worst job in the world to service some young adults who have never been rude or anything to her. I try to avoid this gas station late at night for this reason. This lady needs to be fired or just made to be a janitor.

A typical convenience and gas station. They have gas and the usual...candy, cigarettes and soda! Friendly guy behind the counter.

I went at 4:00am today, January 25th. The older woman with glasses is extremely rude and acts like you're such an inconvenience if you walk in to pay for gas before work. I have never had a money handling job during a night shift so I didn't know that apparently they can't accept legal tender of a hundred dollar bill at the time I went in. I apologized, even though she had mumbled something under her breath when I walked in that contained a curse word, and was ready to walk out. She then huffed and rudely stated she could just give me fives. So she starts slamming down fives and counting them out as I apologized again and explained that I had no idea about them not being able to make change for a hundred, as well as thanking the rude woman. Although, she didn't deserve my thanks whatsoever with her attitude. Needless to say I will just go down to Pilot or somewhere else that's open that early if I ever need gas before work again. Circle K in Troy has lost my business and respect completely. Especially since this is a common occurance and still hasn't been taken care of according to google reviews of the place. ?
