Brian and Theren are the greatest. It's rare these days that you deal with people of there word, these guys make you feel like your they only person on earth, there nit praising themselves or patting themselves on the back I'm doing it, I bought a 2017 Volvo daycab, I had a few issues, that where major too me, but they handled my problem very smoothly, will have a life time relationship with these guy, as long as they are selling truck, and me still driving one! They are scam artist and crooks sell lemon trucks say trucks r dot ready but yet get truck and first load out fuel tank strap breaks get that repaired at no labor cost to them to do them a solid and second get it fixed go to do another run blow a hose clamp to radiator hose and fix that and haven’t even had time to make money with the truck and they want to use not enough equity in the truck to do nothing with when I gave them a extra 6k on top of the promotion they was running they sell junk trucks just to make there commission second truck I’ve gotten from them definitely will not be back to the St. Louis location anyway with not want to help and talk to a person like they r dumb and if I ever before I do paper work on that truck best believe it will be ran thro dealership of my choice they like screwing people at end of day my lawyer is looking into the fact of selling a truck that was claimed to be road ready and gone thro so they gonna wanna work this out probably not with the rudeness that goes on there cuz when it’s all said and done they r just there to sell equipment don’t care if it’s good bad or cost u money right out the gate that’s not a dealer and the fact that is how the sales team comes off they are a off branch of Volvo anyway shut them down and let them salesman go to a Volvo actual dealer and talk to a customer like they do on the phone or in person

I purchased a black 2019 Kenworth T680 from Arrow.2/15/24 - I went to pick it up. The truck had been detailed and looked very nice; really nice. As I pulled away, I noticed the odometer read 56,876 mi. Which was odd, because the truck I was supposed to be picking up should have had 506,000 miles. I took the truck to the Kenworth dealership next door only to find out that the ECM displayed 27,000 miles. This is a 2019 fleet truck, no way it had either of these miles. I left without the truck, as I await the maintenance history report from the fleet.2/21/24 - I took possession of the truck after tracking down work done to the truck to verify mileage.Feeling very relieved to find out nothing major is wrong with my truck. A few minor things as expected with this purchase, but nothing major.I’d like to commend Arrow (Brian & John) for their continued concern about making sure I am satisfied with my purchase. They have been diligent in communicating with me through my concerns. The NTP warranty that I purchased and the warranty offered by Arrow will be taking care of the minor issues discovered. Here's an update on the truck. I returned the truck to arrow because it had too many problems. I took that truck. Had a front end alignment on it. Found out that truck had been hit. So I'm out of my truck that I traded in for 10000. But they won because they have the truck back. They're going to put a band aid on it and resel it to another sucker like me. Now I don't have a truck. Or a business.most of their good reviews on google are fake or paid

When you purchase a vehicle from here, you may have to take it to a dealer to be sure that everything as they say it is. I purchased a truck from Jason. He told me that my truck DEF system had a bad sensor and I wasn’t able to take it to a dealer at the time until I purchased it. After purchasing the vehicle, I was finally able to take it to the dealer and was told the DEF system was deleted. This is a highly expensive problem to get fixed. The truck had a ton of other problems, electrical problems and engine problems that he failed to tell me. He told me everything was all good with the truck other than this bad sensor. I’m sure he was just trying to tell me anything to sell the truck. I highly recommend you to proceed with caution.

This is one week after l bought this International Lt and l'm now paying for everything because they told me that their 90 days confident guaranteed warranty does not cover this issues. l was able to deliver one load since l bought this truck, first day l pick up the the truck they had to fix the AC they had no choice because it hot that day and same day after driving 200 miles it lost coolant due to a failing water pump and 1 blow up tire, Now they said l'm on my own since they had payed for water pump that they thought l should have went through my personal warranty. So go figure
