Can't say enough about the service. A flat at the exit led to me being able to walk over to the business. They were kind, responsive, and very reasonably priced. In a few hours i was back on the road. Very much appreciate this company being honest!

We were on our family rv trip and our truck just stopped shifting gears right outside of Wenona. It was on a ver hot Sunday afternoon. We had our 3 kids and 3 dogs with us. Called Bill's and he answered right away and was towing all of us , our truck and our rv within 20 minutes. He was a LIFESAVER. He fixed our truck in two days and we were back on the road. He could have charged us an enormous amount of money because we had no choice but to get it fixed, but he was very reasonable. Just can't express how thankful we are to him!

Wow! What great service. We found ourselves with car trouble right at the exit ramp by the business. He came right out, checked under the hood, found the trouble, ordered a part that was delivered quickly, replaced it and got us back on our road trip. We are grateful! Fair pricing, fast service. Would highly recommend. I wish we lived closer… would make him our main mechanic!

Bill was extremely nice and helpful. Knows what he is doing. Looked at our truck on the side of road order part while he was puting car on tow and truck should be ready in about 4 hours. Our waterpump froze up and broke a belt too.
Sooo, Thankful for him!!

If you have an extra 370.00 you can get 1 new , installed roadside.. what a rip-off. Takes advantage of people stranded roadside. Average cost of a roadside call is about 100.00 bucks. After one day tire doesn't even hold air.. great work guys ?

Our alternator went out 10pm on a Friday night on the interstate near Wenona, IL. Bill answered the phone right away and got to us as soon as he was done helping another customer. He towed us to his auto shop, right down the road from a hotel in Wenona and told us he could repair our vehicle the next morning. Sure enough he got it fixed the next day by early afternoon amid other jobs he had. We so appreciate his willingness to help us on the spot, without an appointment, and on the weekend. Thank you Bill!

Ran out of gas on the highway in a rental car( gauge said we had at least 30 miles left). Called the closest towing service for gas and Bill was a godsend! He brought gas and then met us in the nearest town to fill up fully and helped us with our insurance paperwork. 10 out of 10 would recommend!Service: Fuel delivery
