Oil changeTook our car in for a simple oil change.After I picked it up the check engine light came on. Then over the weekend the thermostat gauge was not working.I opened the hood and did some wiggling and knocking.On the way home the thermostat kicked in.We took it back to Neal and the desk person ran a scan All kinds of things were suddenly wrong with our car.Not the first time this has happened there but was hoping for the best.Once he got rude with my wife I know we are finished with them. Oh and $94 per hour labor!!!

Awesome. Had a flat on a trailer and still four hours to go to get home. They were closing in just a couple of minutes but stayed late to patch our tire and get us back on the road.

I had a rim with a lot build up. The tire was leaking air because of it.The technician has it cleaned and put back together in no time. The labor fee was reasonable.

I really like the way this Neal gets you in quickly. We had a tire going flat and I called three places in Mattoon . They all said they could not look at it that day. I called Neal's in Toledo and they said to bring my car in. They found a nail in my tire . I was back on the road in no time. Needless to say when I needed my oil changed I called them and also had them put on 2 new tires. Small town service at its best!
