Honest, polite and professional is hard to beat. Went in with some concerns about the new bill and Zaria was beyond helpful. She asked her manager Jay a couple of questions and he immediately assisted us in resolving everything. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, just great people to work and speak with.

Their prices are not the same as you will find on the Xfinity website. Xfinity says they will wave a $15 internet equipment fee for a year, these guys say you have to pay it unless you sign up for something else. Go to the corporate store off of LaGrange Rd instead.

I am so disappointed in my experience here. I left here signing up for a new account with xfinity where guy promised to save me money. He said my plan was to have the ultimate with fast internet. After going home and reviewing my plan on the app I realized he downgraded me on everything and charged me 40 dollars for a land line that I don't even have. He promised to remove the sports channels since I didn't use those channels and never removed those either.The kicker was I could not get my box to connect because he never even activated it. I had to go to another xfinity location so they could fix all their mistakes. Never been so frustrated. I 100% do not recommend this location to anyone. Very unsatisfied customer.

I had a very bad experience. I watched a group of employees talk about how their faith would overtake Christianity in America for about five minutes while I waited. Some poor lady interrupted them and they told her off and they called the cops. She just wanted to be helped. The police actually came. I just left because I didn’t want to deal with the employees and they didn’t want to help. Definitely not getting my router from Comcast’s at this point.

Very helpful and kind. Process went smoothly and was happy with the price I’m paying as I’m paying about the same from T-Mobile! Also put on kids show for my son and handed him a ball to keep him entertained while we were doing the process. Overall had an awesome experience!

Why this store doesn't have a local phone number listed. Gas is now $5.15 a gallon I get there and the camera is out of stock that means I've wasted my gas and my time

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a phone for 3 weeks. After hours on chats I went into the store. Got the same run around from Sasha the supervisor as on the the many chats.

This is more of an indictment of the web chat people but it's not good that I walked into a physical store and the clerk cannot help me with an existing mobile plan. I tried a web chat and it took about 30-40 minutes to accomplish what in person could have taken less than 5.
I can't wait for ATT fiber internet so I can dump this Xfinity nonsense.

"The "A" team at the Tinley Park Xfinity Store - Jay, Jamie, Noah and Crissy!"
05/24/24 - I stopped in this store to drop of my old WiFi unit. I wanted to drop my cell phone carrier (I have two phones) and bundle them with my internet service. I recently had eye surgery, so reading was difficult for me. Jay and Jamie took to the task. My old carrier made it VERY difficult to unlock the wife's phone. It took over an hour. I was told my phone would take 72 hours to unlock. I returned on 05/27/24. Unlocking my phone was also difficult. This time it was Jay, Noah and Crissy got the job done. I could not have accomplished this feat of phone juggling on my own, even if I had my eyesight. Thank you for making it fun. Jay, Jamie, Noah and Crissy

I returned equipment to this Xfinity location on 4/06/2024 and was told by the woman w/glasses that assisted me that I would get an email confirmation for returned equipment. Guess what? I never got an email, and since she didn't provide me with a hand receipt, I had no proof that the equipment was returned. I had to contact the main customer service number to get a reference number for my returned equipment. The main customer service agent told me I should have been able to have a hand receipt printed for my returned equipment. I have had problems in the past where Xfinity told me there was no record of equipment being returned. Hand receipts are especially important to provide as proof.

Not helpful. Misleading and incorrect answers to several issues. Go to an actual Xfinity store like in Orland Park. This is only an "Authorized Retailer". They only try to sell you services here and not provide any support. Will never be back and this store gives Xfinity a bad reputation.
