Really disappointed in service, walked in and ordered two sandwiches to go with no special requests. 15 min later went to counter to inquire when they might be ready.No explanation, no apology, just handed me a bag. Food was good, just be nice to acknowledge the problem.

Was so excited to try the new breakfast burrito. On Saturday morning, March 9th, 2024 at 9:30 am. We ordered only to find the burrito was full of black, charred, BURNT bacon. It was disgusting, sad and pathetically lazy. How could anyone in the think this would be okay? WTH?

On Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at 9:30 am, ordered the new breakfast burrito. If I could give minus five stars, I would. The breakfast burrito had severely burnt, charred black bacon, which was not fit for human nor animal consumption. If you don't want the job, and refuse to take it seriously, then move on. Obviously, you're too trifling and careless to even cook bacon! WTH?Wendy's of Tinley Park, DO BETTER!!! What kind of laziness are you hiring?

Every time we go there it’s a bad experience we went and they didn’t even have barbecue sauce or a frosty, the staff is really rude. All we wanted was a frosty and they said they don’t have any left, very disappointed.

This place is very clean and the food is always good. They get your orders correct and are helpful, friendly and compassionate toward disabled people, which I am, I may live 15 minutes away from this Wendy's but it's always worth the drive.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Terrible location! Got my order wrong. Went back just for them to do it wrong again! Ordered nuggets for my kid and was given spicy that he wont eat. I ordered regular but they were out. If the location didnt have it the mobil order system shouldnt let you even place the order...

Arrived to the location. Excited that the location advertises that it closes at 1am. Arrived at 12:47am. Plenty of time for a quick order. Waited at the drive through telecoms till 12:53. Pulled around and the staff was cleaning (which I understand). Asked to place an order to be told that they weren't taking anymore orders and were closed. Very disappointing that they advertised that they would be open but the staff closed early. Not a good sign for business.

Bottom line...it took them over 45 minutes to prepare my food from the app. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Also, I was ripped off from the app a couple of weeks ago, charged my account, ordered it, and did not go through. I'm so done with Wendy'

Everytime I come to this Wendy's, the frosty machine is down! And I really like Wendys, however, they either need a new machine or new employees.
