As always. Dr. Beavers was great…he explains things in a way that layman can understand and he has a wonderful sense of humor! Not my favorite place to be, but he makes the experience tolerable

I tried this podiatry center a few years ago when I updated my health insurance. At first everything seemed great. But I got the bill and it was ridiculous, so I called. Their office told me that it was an error, that I didn’t owe anything, and to ignore the statement I’d received in the mail. Every month I kept getting statements with a huge balance, every month I’d call and be told the same thing: it’s an error, don’t worry about it. Then almost a year later, I get a notice from them saying the account will be sent to collections. I called, and suddenly they were saying I did owe this, that my insurance didn’t cover some of the charges. I reached out to my insurance, who were able to see that part of the expenses were billed under one tax ID #, and the other set billed under a different tax ID, despite all services being done the same day at the same location. They said that since it was now over six months, I couldn’t ask them to dispute it; I’d have to go to Weil and ask them to make it right, and hope for the best. I called back to Weil, told them what I’d learned, was assured they’d get this to their escalation team and that I’d hear back in a week or two, and never heard back. Called them again and again, was told the same thing, and never get called back. Then the collection calls started, I’d explain it all to them, but they didn’t care; they wanted the payment. Then this spring, out of the blue I get a call from the podiatrist saying the matter was resolved, and that they’d pulled the account from collections. But the collections people kept calling. I’d tell Weil, they’d say they were taking care of it, but still the collections agents keep calling. I finally got hold of someone at Weil’s billing issues department and asked them to provide me documentation stating that there was no money owed and that the matter was to be removed from collections. They swore they’d have it mailed to me in 7-10 business days; that was nearly two months ago. The collections calls stopped, but my credit history still shows a negative finding. In the meantime, I went back this summer for new orthotics. The first pair came in and they clearly were too thin. They sent them back and when I went to try them on, they were the wrong size, and still didn’t have enough arch support as my old ones. I just now went to get the latest version, and not only are they still too big for my feet, the arch support now is comically oversized. I’ve had it! I will be returning these things for the third time, and I want my money back, I want them to give me the documentation they promised so I can fix my credit that they ruined, and I never want to set foot in their offices again (no pun intended).

This was a very pleasant experience me and my mother who was the patient. The staff very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Dr. Beaver was awesome. He made sure we understood everything that was going on, a true professional. We were recommended by a friend of my mother’s. A recommendation we greatly appreciate. Looking forward to our next visit to see the progress. Thank you Dr. Beaver and staff.

Dr. Beavers was professional, personable, and friendly as usual. I have been a patient for years. I brought my 84 year old father in for an appointment. Dr. Beavers always comes into the room with a great attitude and a smile. He is very in tune with his patients. My father loved him just as much as I do, which I already expected. My father has a new podiatrist.

Super friendly staff. Dr. Beaver is straight forward, to the point, friendly and takes a general interest not only in how you are feeling but how you are doing outside of the appointment.
