few weeks ago scheduled my daughters flu shot, she was refused treatment here, they tried saying we had other insurance, i had this issue about a year ago as well. Called my carrier and they assured me there was no such issue, sent her back here and was refused again. All in all spent close to four hrs having blue cross call them to ensure the pharmacist that we have no other coverage. The pharmacist then told bcbs they were going to charge us 160 for the flu shot to which the rep for bcbs laughed at. If your pharmacist doesnt know how insurance works or doesnt care maybe time to find a new one. This seems to be the going rate with all walgreens in the area in regard to poor pharmacy treatment. 3rd appointment they finally got it right, only took me filing a formal complaint with walgreens, bcbs and illinois doi. for a flu shot.

Always a problem getting prescriptions filled. Went yesterday asked them if they had my prescription in stock they told me yes. Got a call and hour later saying it was out of stock. Went back today to pick up the paper script to take it somewhere else and the girl told me they have it in stock. So not sure why I wasn't notified, or why it wasn't ready to be picked up. I have texts notifications. Never received any. Called right now to be told the pharmacist is bagging it up ( went at at 1:00pm and was told it would be ready in 2 hours) now they close at 5pm and I cannot make it in time to get my script. What a joke.

Shout out to cashier Sara, who is just absolutely miserable. Started off with my three year old trying to talk to her and show her the candy she picked out and Sara looking completely annoyed that a child had the audacity to speak to her. Then when I politely asked her if it was possible to manually enter my ID rather than scanning it (which I had no problem previously doing at this store), she yelled across the store to her almost as equally miserable “manager” Natalia: “Customer is denying us scanning her ID!!!” I never denied you scanning my ID, I asked if it was possible to manually enter the information and stated no one has ever given me trouble in the past. Attitudes all around by these two staff. It’s a shame bc I love the photo and pharmacy staff, they are always helpful and enjoyable. Drove down the street to CVS and had great customer service there.

My regular Walgreens is always out of an antibiotic I take so then I have to have next closest, this store said it would be ready by 4pm ,they left voice-mail saying was ready . I drive all the way here to be told one is ready but not the other script. Informed me would be another 30 minutes. Time to find more reliable pharmacy. I hope walgreens goes out of business!

Manager is not polite or knowledgeable the staff doesn't know what returnable or not pharmacist needs to help accommodate people but money is first I guess

You guys don’t deserve one star you deserve -10 your pharmacy as a healthcare provider or so it’s supposed to be everyone who works in the pharmacy is absolutely terrible customer service they talk over you and will not let you get an a word edgewise. Three weeks going back-and-forth with these people trying to refill a medication absolutely the worst. I don’t want to curse as I leave this review, but the customer service is mind-boggling.

Always nice to wait in line while cashier “Batool” talks to personal friends who are standing in the way of customers, and continue to stand there and crowd you at the cash register while you check out with your personal items. Garbage Walgreens location.

Great place to go for a vaccine if you like making your kids wait 2 hours. Prescription? I would advise showing up 48 later, give the techs time to do their jobs in a timely fashion

Reliable place to get what you need, and check out, fast. They restock pretty often, so you can always find what you need. Got vaccinated here and a couple shots. Was quick and easy. Friendly staff, especially from the pharmacy.
