BEWARE of this pharmacy. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am prescribed Vyvanse and there is someone at their facility that is stealing meds. My medication was shorted and I was told that there is nothing that they could do. They will steal your medication and play crazy. I will report them to the BBB

I’m just give 1 star cus is there is no lower than 1 star horrible pharmacy department need too much training just to transfer prescription I spend more than 1 hour then I need to spend more than 30 minutes to prepare the prescription .

Walgreens with fast service & very friendly staff. The store is well kept and the Pharmacists are very helpful.

Why do they let you order refills online and when it's done, it doesn't go through. I ordered a prescription refill and received an email that order was received. Two days later, nothing. I checked online and there is message for me to call, there is a problem. If I wouldn't have checked online I would have never known I had to call--if there's in issue, why didn't they call me? I called, was told the online order did not go through. Then why did I receive an email that said "we received your order" and no one called me about an issue?

I went to pick up my photos. Brenda approached to me with an attitude like she did not want to help. I gave my name, my last name, my number, told her how many picture and told her I receivedand email saying my photos were ready. I gave my phone number four times and still she couldn't find it, she was with a face giving me attitude so I told her it was fine that I was going to cancelled it and start walking away; and she literally screamed at me saying to go, she was not going to do anything for me since I gave her attitude, so I walk to her and told her that i was cancelling the order because how she was acting was not right and I was going to file a complain for her to be screaming at me for no reason, as to what she said to make sure I remember and write her name.This is not the right way to even treat someone. Brenda should not be working at this place if this is how she will react for no reason.

Everyone employee that works at the pharmacy do not know how to do their job. I'm supposed to have takin a trip to wisconsin this past monday and now because I wasnt givin the correct information from these incompetent clueless employees I have missed my trip.For your own good I cant stress enough to stay away from this pharmacy.

I’m in between jobs at the moment and I don’t have insurance. For some unknown reason, I don’t qualify for Medicaid. My prescription for blood pressure is usually 60-70 bucks. They recommended a web site and today it was much much cheaper. Thank you so much.

Walgreens needs to hire more people. The poor girl at the pharmacy window is taking care of both the drive thru and the store. One pharmacist. Come on Walgreens you can do better! Waited 45 minutes standing in line. The folks in line were courteous and friendly and we all felt bad for the pharmacy tech. You HAD a reliable staff for years then you go and send them to different stores and split them up, THIS is what you get! As I said earlier, YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

If I could give anything below this I would. Their registers always are going out! I went to get a gift card the cashier told me it wouldn't go through it took the money out of my card but put it back. Really, that's stupid. Who's the dummy here. We tried other cards and this time she said it wouldn't go through, uhmm before I put my card in. I know forsure, there's money on my card. Secondly all the other times hadn't put it in yet. I was a cashier for many years. I know it's the holiday season and people probably are doing a lot of scamming. People don't walk around with the word scammer on their head though. Maybe because I am black, and the amount I was getting on the card. This walgreens has to do better.

Dropped off my prescription @1 Walgreens on Friday.Nobody called me to tell me they don't have it in there.I called 2 other Walgreens to see if they could fill it. They say it's not in the system. Then They toldme to buy iron over the counter, which I already have. Apparently there's a note on the file now so they need to call the Doctor, which they said they'll do tomorrow... not today.It's taken me days to get 1 prescription. Ridiculous.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not just this location but in general. How is it possible that my Walgreens (Tinley Park) calls us to let us know the medicine for our sick toddler is ready at 5:30 and at 5:36 when we arrive they are closed. We frantically call Orland Park (159th and 80th) and they take the prescription, 90 minutes. Not 20 minutes later they send a message that there is an insurance issue. We call after an hour because we are desperate to get our child’s medicine and they answer with “we don’t have that medicine”. Why not say that from the beginning? so we call Oak lawn Walgreens to transfer it to see if maybe they have it. On hold for 40 minutes and they hang up without ever even talking to us. What a shame, customer service is dead and normally I wouldnt give it much of a thought except we rely on pharmacies to give us the medicines that we need and our child is sick and we just want to make her feel better. 3 different locations, zero help, and still a sick child. You should be ashamed of yourselves Walgreens and your sub par staff

Pharmacy walk in is the worst I have ever experienced ... Expect to wait an average of 20 minutes to make a pick up evey single time .... They pretend that your not visible and they can careless .... I will be avoiding this location at any cost..

Worst Walgreens Don’t Waste Your Time Here!!!So I’m Asian and I have two names and I placed my two orders by two different names (which was confusing I get it). When I came to pick up my orders which were ALREADY PAID, the woman took the first order out and asked for my name. I said my name and I showed her my confirmation email and she kept looking at it like it wasn’t my order. The she asked what did I order and I told her one of the four items (there were two bottles of vitamin I ordered for my friend but I didn’t know what it calls exactly) and she literally took EVERY SINGLE item out of the bag and said “[my name] this is vitamin”. It was none of her business!!! If she wanted to confirm my ID, I could have shown it. Instead she wasted my 20 MINUTES and kept on saying that it was my fault to have two orders with different names. On my second order, it was not even ready although I ordered 5 hours early!!! And I get it that it was confusing to have 2 orders for the same person but under different names, but am I not allowed to have more than one name? Most frustrating experience ever and I wish I never have to see her again.Also, I hope she got fired. It wasn’t my first time coming here but this time is exceptionally frustrating and rude.

The employees/managers like to huddle around each other/chit chat at closing time, watch you struggle, give you a dirty look then have the audacity to tell you" they are closing soon" in your face when they know you are struggling to find that one emergency/pharmacy item you need before they close for the night.

The Pharmacist Manager is the most ignorant and unprofessional person I ever dealt with. No wonder this facility has a 2 star rating. I would advise going elsewhere to save yourself the aggravation.
