My adult autistic daughter went there today. (Trying to boost her confidence to go do things by herself but I was on the phone with her the entire time) The lady had attitude with her when she didn't write something in correctly. And instantly put my daughter in panic mode. And then started talking crap about my daughter before she even walked out the door to purposely make sure my daughter heard it. Very unprofessional

I booked my passport appointment one week before at 10 am. Post office people called me at 9.45 that the guy who work as passport agent no show up. So they are canceling my appointment. So much disappointment

Wow, the people who work at the USPS office have the worst attitude I have ever seen. One of the workers rushed us and I understand that it was a busy day. Then she got mad at my mother and me because we couldn’t figure out how to do something. The sole purpose of the people you hire should be to help and assist customers, but if they can’t even do that then they shouldn’t be allowed to work!!!

this is some of the worst customer service ive ever received. everybody has an attitude. if you dont know how to deal with people then get another job. its simple. Amelia and some black man with glasses standing at the register being HIGHLY RUDE and DISMISSIVE. telling me they couldnt go get my package that i got a notification for that was at the post office. this location. they need better REPRESENTATION at the front and put people with bad attitudes in the back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They're self-service station machine has been down for over 2 months. I come all the time asking when its going to be fixed with the same response as always "we dont know". Instead i have to wait for over 30min in line for something i dont need to wait for. I am now driving to the next city just to use they're self serve station..

I believe the carriers be stealing checks and peoples valuables. Some of the reps at the counter are very rude, lacks customer service skills, and very lazy!! I’m reporting them and everyone else making complaints should as well.

On this particular day I chose to go looking for the mail man. I wanted answers why he kept forwarding my packages back to the sender. He told me “your mail box was too full, he also said he couldn’t give me my package due to I’m under investigation because the mail box is full, he told me contact his supervisor and drove off on me” my mail box is full of mail that isn’t mine. this was his third time forwarding my mail and didn’t care at all. It was giving lazy. They need new postal workers because they’re rude and inconsiderate. I contacted his supervisor and the supervisor said he’ll have to contact me whenever the postal get back. And most likely I wouldn’t receive a call because he was due to clock out in 5 minutes. Terrible place don’t even waste your time with these people.

12pm July 7, 2023 I came to ship packages oversees . The assistant prepared my first package, veeery long, and there was a long line of customers, she said sorry I need to suspend you with my packages. Because another people were waiting. this is disgusting. How assistant can tell you leave with packages because other people waiting? Rude. I will reach manager there.

12-DAYS for Priority Mail? ... YUP, I check the tracking number, and what do I see, but the dreaded, "MISSENT" (aka we screwed-up because we can't read - I live just 5 miles away) ... After 7-DAYS of NO movement, I decided to waste my time and go to their "tent".-This reference will be clear by the end of my review- The first person I talked to (not with), was like a, "deer-in-the-headlights", sooo I talked with a supervisor (?) She tells me that my package wasn't in her "tent", and she DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT WAS (DAH). I then went home and emailed the shipper and he file a claim - EUREKA, suddenly it's found, and delivered, today 12-DAY LATER ... HA! ... I'm just still ANOTHER person who has been TATTOOED by this INEPT group (Gee, I wonder just how many of them would fit in the "small car" that I'm sure this place has?) I'm confident their CONTINUED RIDICULOUSLY POOR PERFORMANCE will be rewarded with STILL ANOTHER rate increase (only in America) ... NOBODY does ANYTHING about it / NOBODY seems to care, as exhibited by the CONTINUED and CHRONIC poor feedback, and we, as customers SUFFERS! - By the way, when I was in their "tent" there were 3 people standing around talking, laughing, and drinking coffee - Gee, maybe they should spent this down time learning how to treat customers, OR do their jobs correctly! ...

What’s the point of having an appointment for passports if you have to wait in line for 15 minutes to be told by the only person working behind the desk (a rather rude gentleman at that) that our appointment was canceled. Would have been nice to be provided that info in advance.

I know postal workers are notorious for being lazy but this location takes it to a whole new level. They close two hours earlier than the posted hours, they never empty the package dropoff, they consistently only have one person working the counter. This place is the perfect example of how NOT to operate a post office.
