The lady was with a very bad attitude attending costumes I went to leave some packages and she was acting too bad to me like she's racist of me and when I ask her for her name to call her manager she was laughing at me with the other skinny girl there I just hope you do something about it because I come multiple times and it's not nice to feel like that each time

Very rude young man behind the counter that does not know how to talk to customers. Needed help with a lot of packages being dropped off and instead of saying sorry sir we are short handed today and cannot help he was very blunt about not being able to help. Once inside I dropped off boxes and asked a lady to hold my spot in line and instead of saying sorry Sir we don't hold spots here he shot me down and made me feel like I committed a crime for asking the lady the favor. Lastly, I requested two separate receipts of two separate shipments the same person told me we don't do that. All I got from this person today was no no and no without any professional conversation. I insisted that it was important that I tracked my packages separately and he still insisted no we can't do that. The Manager came out to address the situation who sees me there all the time and instead of asking the employee to accommodate me he sides with the employee and threatened to put me out the store for getting upset with the employee who I didn't feel provided me any kind of professional service today. The Store Manager made me fell like the victim and has seen me inside his many many times ... I guess my business is not valued here!!! It is more and more evident to me every day that young people in many cases don't know what customer service is and don't know how to talk to customers and are not being taught what customer service is and how to be professional in the service industry!!!!

Went in to drop off package very quick and efficient process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my wallet behind. Called the next day when they opened and they had it for me to pick up. Appreciate their honesty and customer service. Would highly recommend.

This location never fails with having a stank attitude. The employees genuinely hate their lives here. If an amazon return clearly says that you don't need to print or package the product, why would you refuse to accept it once I'm in the store due to it not being packed and labeled!? Amazon stated no to do so, and just drop it off. I get it, the 20 something year old college kids behind the counter would rather be doing something else, but if you absolutely hate your job, and it shows. Then quit! Don't go to this location. If I could I would give it negative 5 starts. TERRIBLE!!!

The Tinley park UPS store has very good service. The staff are always friendly polite helpful and professional.

The man on the phone was professional when I called with a question. When I went in to drop off a prepaid package, the man at the register was nice and pleasant. I was in and out in 30 seconds.

Gaby, you need to know how to keep the customers coming to your storeIt was my first time and the lastThey wanted me to make the box from scratch and she wanted me to pay for a small piece of tapeWhile im paying 200$ for my box to be shipped ASAP in the same day over nightShe dont want to do anything more than asking me to keep paying and do everything by myself which is fineBut at least make the box readyGive me tapeSo you can see how many times I send through upsBut will be never again in your store

I have been going here for two years now and so far everyone has been helpful. There is another location in Palos I believe where the ladies are super rude. I prefer to go to this location.
