I usually go to the UPS in orland park and they would always give me a hard time. But this afternoon I decided the tinley location and a young man with a beard was very helpful and made me want to visit this location instead orland all the time.

I just left this store.
I came in to drop off an Amazon return the store was empty. I said hello as I walked in the young( ?) man behind the counter didn’t say a word. I showed him the QR code and I said thank you. Not one word from him. The lady behind me also said hello and again silence. We acknowledged the rude service in the parking lot. At least it wasn’t directed solely at me, this place just doesn’t know how to train employees

Just went in for a box was quoted $18 + tax. Drove less than 60 seconds to a different company and paid $5 + tax. Price gouging.

@UPS Store - just to be clear, it is your employees & back room that smell like weed!!
Most of the employees here are short & rude! The place wreaks of weed half the time *which would be fine if it was an adult only facility* - the employees act like you are bothering them when they stroll out of the back.

Charging for return shipping that is supposed to be free. Then being told its always been that way which is not the case. It even says free shipping on my return receipt. I have returned numerous things to amazon through the years and never not one single time was i charged for return shipping. Train your staff

Friendly and helpful staff . Their scanner wasn't working today but hopefully that will be sorted out soon. They oejted and laminated some documents for me and they were prompt and priced reasonably.

The lady was with a very bad attitude attending costumes I went to leave some packages and she was acting too bad to me like she's racist of me and when I ask her for her name to call her manager she was laughing at me with the other skinny girl there I just hope you do something about it because I come multiple times and it's not nice to feel like that each time
