I need to take the time to learn names because there are staff members who are the nicest and most helpful and most informed people to speak with.The one star missing out of five because the store in Tinley is almost permanently out of stock or people are taking the samples.Someone let me know about a scent today that I repeatedly ignored but now I will definitely buy after smelling.All of her recommendations have been top notch. But even when it's not that particular person, I've met some of the most patient and knowledgeable or at least willing to learn the customer types.I don't know what other people reviews look like or what they take stars off for but my only complaint is lack of product and what seems like disinterested restocking by the company (especially Men's fragrances).

I had a big haul over $400 worth of things, and they ensured they charged you correctly by counting all the items, but when I got home, a whole gift set was missing a snail musin set. By the time I went back, the store closed, and this was a haul prior to a vacation. I am really disappointed, and I am $37 for something I paid for and never got.

I went into ulta around 7 o clock at night hoping to make a perfume purchase. There was only one girl working the whole section and she asked what kind of perfume I wanted so I told her and then she said okay it will be right up front. I went to checkout and I was very rudley talked to by two older women working there. They looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I was buying perfume. They immediately had a tone with me and said that “the lady on the floor asked me what kind of perfume but I then, walked away from her.” I did not in fact walk away from her. I told her the original sent and she said it would be up front. Both ladies were giving me attitude and they were making fun of me while I walked away. I am a 17 year old girl who was in the right and these women were so unbelievably rude to me. They should not be working in retail with this kind of attitude. I will never return to this location.

Inattentive and unprofessional floor staff. I was there for 40 minutes and the women in the cosmetics area couldnt be bothered to stop chatting long enough to ask if I needed help or even acknowledge me as I had to slide past and around them to look at other options. I wasn't even greeted until halfway through my visit.

Came as a walk in for makeup for a wedding and the two ladies were standing around and one was rude and suggested that I go to another location ? after mistaking me for another customer who cancelled. Great job from the app though!

08/13/2023 I so admire the manager and how accommodating in directing us for a tile repair. I would give the beautiful lady and her employees ten stars in writing.UPDATE:08/14/2023 I returned to do a tile repair at the entrance of their store and one of their customers was so belligerent and nasty. Page was not as accommodating ….. I will leave it at that but I would think they would have accommodated the customer upon entering…Mr he place is overall filthy. I would recommend anyone not to shop at woke/broke Ulta.

Ashanti was so sweet! Anything I come into this location the girls are super helpful and polite. Today my cashier was Ashanti, the cutest and most friendly face you could interact with. It’s people like her, having a small interaction with them could make your day. Thanks for being amazing! (:

Went in to get some nail brushes, as I hoped they had a better selection than other retailers in the area. I guess everyone was too busy, I walked up to 2 employees who were chatting, and the one was more interested in clocking out than helping a customer, while the other one never even turned around to notice anyone was there. Another employee who I asked directly had said it should have been right there in the aisle, she was on the floor stocking items so didn't bother to get up and show me, because all I saw was stuff for eye lashes. Well, I left without making any purchase, as I walked most of the store, noone even looking at me, and I couldn't find the item I needed.
