I used to frequent the Orland Park location, but when they opened in Tinley I switched. The staff are nice and very helpful, not pushy at all. At times it can be hard to track someone down to ask a question but staff is available. Best part is that its Will Co sales tax. That helps soften the price. Tho the iles are very narrow and get VERY crowded the variety is still good. I do like the stylists here at the salon here but the salon is so so small.

I had such a great experience with Anwyn!! It was my very first time getting my hair done and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. She did so amazing and I highly recommend to anyone!

Be very careful of make up application by free lance makeup artists using dirty brushes! Got a horrible bacterial eye infection!

I need to take the time to learn names because there are staff members who are the nicest and most helpful and most informed people to speak with.The one star missing out of five because the store in Tinley is almost permanently out of stock or people are taking the samples.Someone let me know about a scent today that I repeatedly ignored but now I will definitely buy after smelling.All of her recommendations have been top notch. But even when it's not that particular person, I've met some of the most patient and knowledgeable or at least willing to learn the customer types.I don't know what other people reviews look like or what they take stars off for but my only complaint is lack of product and what seems like disinterested restocking by the company (especially Men's fragrances).

I had a big haul over $400 worth of things, and they ensured they charged you correctly by counting all the items, but when I got home, a whole gift set was missing a snail musin set. By the time I went back, the store closed, and this was a haul prior to a vacation. I am really disappointed, and I am $37 for something I paid for and never got.

I went into ulta around 7 o clock at night hoping to make a perfume purchase. There was only one girl working the whole section and she asked what kind of perfume I wanted so I told her and then she said okay it will be right up front. I went to checkout and I was very rudley talked to by two older women working there. They looked at me like I was crazy when I told them I was buying perfume. They immediately had a tone with me and said that “the lady on the floor asked me what kind of perfume but I then, walked away from her.” I did not in fact walk away from her. I told her the original sent and she said it would be up front. Both ladies were giving me attitude and they were making fun of me while I walked away. I am a 17 year old girl who was in the right and these women were so unbelievably rude to me. They should not be working in retail with this kind of attitude. I will never return to this location.
