I can not say enough about how very great my first time visit was here today. Mike Yousif was so welcoming with an amazing personality. He was very informative which made me feel relaxed and comfortable with my exam. Friendly staff, clean professional office. They even offered all waiting visitors water. Great hospitality. Loved my experience here. I definitely recommend them.

Thank you all so much!! Sara was able to get me in the next day and was very nice!! Kari, I cant thank you enough how you helped to keep me calm and how understanding you were. I was very nervous going into the mri machine and you helped me with getting the mri done! Thank you both for all of your help!!!

Mike, the technician was wonderful. He is calming and patient and just has a great personality. Scheduling was easy and their hours are accommodating when you work full time. We're lucky to have a place like this in Tinley Park.

I was referred to this location by my doctor to get a MRI on my shoulder. I honestly never had an MRI before but from what I had heard before I came here is that it can be pretty intimidating/ scary going into an MRI machines. Honestly if it wasn’t for the tech being so calm and collective, I would have freaked out. The tech made it seamless and reassured me that it would be over before I knew and sure enough it was. I’m so glad my doctor referred me here and I will be sure to refer anyone I know that needs an MRI here!

This was my second time going to Tinley park high-field MRI imaging center, once for my ankle and second for my knee. They were able to see me right away and the service was great. Both times I was treated with respect and good care and the report was completed very quickly and was sent over to my doctor for review. Also had my mother go there as well for a scan and they really took good care of her. Thanks for always taking care us and a great experience. I will definitely recommend any friends and family that need your services which hopefully we won’t but if we do this will be the only place for us.

My doctor recommended this facility to me. I was able to get a quick appointment with results the next day. I was pleased to go there because the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made my visit extremely comfortable.

This was my first MRI and, despite my medical anxiety and ptsd, it was so smooth. The tech, Alyssa (same name), did such a great job explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

If it was possible to leave zero star rating I would. I have never felt so dismissed in my life. I came into the clinic after finding a lump on my breast which my OB/GYN sent me to get imaging done. The ultrasound technician told me she saw and felt nothing & that it was all in my head she then proceeded to google ultrasounds of cancer and tell me nothing was wrong with me and that I was making it all up. After leaving the appointment in tears I called the clinic back explaining what had happened and said I wanted to see a new technician and that my doctor had sent me in for a reason the woman on the phone agreed to make me a new appointment with someone else, upon showing up to my new appointment it was the same tech with a supervisor in the room the technician did the same thing even going so far as to tell her manager that I didn't know what I was talking about and that she was been doing this for many years and I was just a young girl and the "lump" I was feeling was simply skin that I was agitating it from touching it. After leaving yet another appointment in tears and feeling horribly dismissed I ignored the lump for a few months thinking maybe I was wrong and maybe the technician did know more about my body than I did but no. A little over a year after the second appointment I can confirm the lump I felt is very real, and thankfully it's only a benign cyst (yes, those do show up on ultrasounds). I would also like to point out that ultrasound techs aren't qualified to diagnose patients nor should they even react to what they are seeing on the screen.

Drove an hour to this facility because, as the name says, it has an OPEN MRI. I was terrified to find that they no longer have an open MRI machine. I am claustrophobic. Needless to say, I was very upset. The only reason that I am not giving them just 1 star is because the technician, Carrie, was so patient, calming, and supportive in helping me get through the procedure. So if you are searching for an actual Open MRI do not choose this facility. They really need to update their website and name so as to not mislead anyone else.

I had a last minute order and they fit me in asap. i was so nervous and scared this was my first MRI. i was walked through the process step by step. they were so calming and helpful. warm blanket during the imaging. I felt so well taken care of. would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs imaging done! i was in and out!!!! they explained everything to me about how to get my results and gave me a disc for follow up. such a great place with such welcoming and caring staff! -Deanna kuchta
