Long story.... short version: Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They took great care of us, from the wrecker driver to the office staff, they were just fabulous people! They got our truck diagnosed, repaired and we were back on the road within a few hours. ???

Had to take my car back twice for a simple repair. They could not figure out a screw to finish the repair so it kept coming apart. WORST experience with any repair shop and I’ve seen my share at almost 70. I’m having the repair done somewhere else even though it was paid for. The office staff is friendly, but the mechanic was clueless. Terrible. And the boss on site couldn’t be bothered to even look at it! Took it in for two simple repairs, had one done that they couldn’t get right, then they tried to sell me $1,850 in repairs! My son’s mechanic is charging less than $500 for all the same repairs! Ripoffs. No business ethics. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. Better Business Bureau has them with ONE star.

If your vehicle needs a quick fix, ok, but if thought process has to be put into effect to find the problem then you are going to fall short and have to take your car somewhere else

From the appointment phone call to the invoice payment my first experience with Tinley Auto was the BEST that I could have had. I was especially surprised by the inspection report I received which included pictures of issues with my car & covered the entire cars possible concerns, tires, brakes, stuts, battery, etc. People were friendly & service was prompt. Rated 5+ stars.

Extremely easy to work with. Welcoming and didn’t make me feel like I was dumb for just being a girl bringing in my car. I love the diagnosis checker that lets me see everything (pictures included) they’ve looked at. Ladonna was very helpful especially with all my calls back and forth figuring out what I could do or not do at the moment. Definitely using them in the future.
