Apparently the service dog was an issue to warrant a call to corporate. Might be a good idea to train your employees to the ADA of 1990 and not be so rude to people with disabilities

The customer service at this location is outstanding. Bridgett, Brittney, &Trinity are team players. Very, polite , & patience when helping customers. The wait time is never long I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Thanks again for your excellent customer service ladies.

Bridget and Aya are wonderful representatives. I drop packages off for work at least twice a week, and that is my go to UPS store. In and out quickly, never a line, open on time, and friendly staff. I literally pass 2 other UPS store on my way to this location. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Taja was exceptional! Even with a hoarse voice... she welcomed and spoke to every customer who walked in and did it with a smile. I had an issue with my email, and she was very patient. Thank you ?

Went into this UPS store to drop off a package. Chose this store because they specifically advertise a notary public. Went into the store and asked about the notary and the person behind the register informs me that they won't be doing notary services today because they are too busy. This was confusing because there were 3 employees in the store and 1 customer aside from me. The clerk wasn't rude of anything. I just think that's a stupid policy and it's misleading to customers like me that go somewhere specifically to kill 2 birds with one stone. I also confirmed, "so the person is here but you all won't do it?" He confirmed. They're too backed up. This should not be grounds to inconvenience a customer.

Went into the store to have a package delivered in November, and the package did not arrive to its destination until January. I was given the run around from both this store and corporate. Apparently, a third party store (this one) and trying to connect with UPS are on two different planets. Customer services is beyond horrible. I had to contact the owner several times to get appropriate updates. I even escalated this matter to corporate level which provided some assistance. I paid for next day delivery and I am still waiting on my refund. I have called and spoke to a manger, only to revive inaccurate information. Now, approaching February and still nothing.

Absolutely rudest customer service. Had an Amazon drop off and they charged me for a shipping bag. Don't come to this location. I usually go to the one in Wilmette which never charges me!
