I've worked next door for over 2 years and this gas station is trash now. Where did Jackie go? It was better when she was there. Past 12pm there's never any hot food available. By 1pm the hot food is completely gone. A lot of would get our lunch from there but not anymore. Went in today to try to get a slushi, all of them are out of order. The shelves are always a mess and the cashiers are the worst. Hate it here.

I like this gas station because it’s clean and well-lit. It’s conveniently located on 159th Street as well. The cashiers are also polite and will answer your questions about the Easy Rewards program.

Most of the staff is great. However, there is one white lady who is ALWAYS in a bad mood and complaining about things. She must hate her life.And there is one black lady who yells at customers without masks. GTFO

Visit this gas station every week, went there tonight, tried to use my Shell card for my discount, but it didn't go thru because the cashier didn't enter it on the register, asked if he could cancel the transaction or try it again and he just looks at me like I'm bothering him! He looked high or something, about to fall asleep! Terrible customer service, they must have new management there, and they don't give a damn I guess! That's ok, there's plenty of other gas stations in the area, their loss!

I am a senior citizen struggling to breath when I made a mistake going in to this place looking for water!!! When I opened the freezer and grabbed two bottles of water. I immediately took a drink and helped my chocking incident. I was standing waiting to pay when the Most ignorant I Black woman said “ you can’t be in here without a Mask” I explained my situation and she refuses to wait on me!!! This lady bounced me to another Black woman and she said I won’t serve you!!! I said I already took a drink cuz I was chocking and she said I don’t care ! I feel it was a black white discrimination situation so I left the money on the counter and left!!! I think they both need jobs where they don’t deal with paying Customers because they treated me terrible bad attitudes both of them !!!!! I am not done I m writing and sending emails to corporate!!! People with these skills need to be in factories and not see Customers!!!

Rude customer service I stopped by to fill up gas today it was crazy packed because they had their gas price down, after waiting over 25 minutes to find an open pump I go down to pay the only cash I had on me was a $100 Bill, the cashier said he dosnt have any change so I asked if he can ask the other employee next to him, on the second cashier so I guess the manger or supervisor was there and she said they don't have any change because he just started his shift, so waiting this whole time to fill up gas and a super busy gas station dosnt have change for a $100 Bill? Im sorry but I can spend my money somewhere else for a better customer service.

Worst service ever ,iam a 42 year old woman i wanted to buy cigarettes and my 18 year old daughter was with me buying protein bar, so i was choosing the cigarettes, and she knows what kind I usually smoke. So she said to get the Marlboro or Davidoff light, and he thought that Im getting them for my daughter even tho I was the one paying and she wasn't getting the cigarettes.

Not a lot of money but it's about ethics. My daughter bought their version of a slurpee which was priced at 1.39 but her total was 1.75. That's over a 25% tax. That's crazy. Wonder what else they overcharge people for.

When putting my $20 bill into their lottery machine, the machine took my money and didn't give me any credits. When asked for a manager, the clerk (which is only his second day on the job) got “some guy†from the back that was wearing jeans and a hoodie, he looked to me like he was just some customer. He told me he would call the manager, which he did. The manager was out of town supposedly, and this “other guyâ€, Chris, told me to come back tomorrow so the manager can do an audit. He was very rude and disrespectful telling me, “you're more than welcome to wait here until tomorrow morning.†The worst customer service even human interaction ever. When I called my husband that very second he was talking to me as I was on the phone saying, “I guess we're done here and you don't need any more of my help.†What is this guys problem? He then left and went back into hiding. I understand these things happen, but to not have an assistant manager around that has the key to the lottery machine is silly. It's a huge inconvenience to have to wait for the manager to come back from out of town and do an audit on the lottery machine just to get my $20 back. I wouldn't be so upset if this “other guy†Chris that works there wasn't so rude and socially awkward.
