Fred is amazing! We came in 30 minutes before closing time to do an exchange and we were cutting it close. We were prepared to be told we'd have to come back the next day to finish the process, but Fred got us together in 15 minutes. He deserves a paid vacation and a raise lol. Excellent service is an understatement. American Freight has always been an affordable place to shop for good quality items.

American Freight was far and away the best overall experience I've had buying an appliance. From purchase to delivery the process was smooth. Customer service was top notch and the delivery guys were professional and considerate. I would like to acknowledge one employee in particular, Vick. She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Get that woman a raise!
I have a feeling I will need to purchase a washer in the near future and I know I will be going back to American Freight.

Vikki was absolutely amazing and patient. My husband and I took some
Time to make some calls while in the store and decide delivery, installation. She was very knowledgeable in our old appliances and what would fit with new models. She explained financing options and very patient to re explain.
She was kind to our year old which isn’t always easy having to shop and look with little kids.
