The pick up system here is awful, everyone just parks in the reserved spots and disregards the signs. When you can finally get a pot and check in, it takes up to an hour for your stuff to be brought out. The parking lot is a nightmare no matter what time you come. If you cannot provide the service you advertise or enforce an adequate system then don't offer it to your paying customers.

Lot attendant scratched up my car putting in a respawn chair in my passenger seat after seeing it was not fitting i told him to put it in the back.which he did not listen and proceeded to shove it in. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager. The manager Nicole told me to make an insurance claim or a police report. Why should my insurance rate go up due to a problem they caused. Also it was not a car accident, why get the police involved? I guess this is how they solve things... pawning the issue off on others. Not renewing my membership at the end of the month due to this.

I had to replace two tires yesterday and went into the tire department hoping to get my tire issue resolved. The size i needed was out of stock so I had to order the tires. but they came in today! Anyway, I received great service from Xavier who made the process nice and easy

Ridiculous wait for rotisserie chickens...over 20 minutes!! And no organization or process at all.Step it up Sams Club...big inconvenience for your customers!!

The receipt checker made inappropriate comments to other customers and staff. They do not answer the phone ever. The auto area reeked of weed. The store could use a good cleaning as well. I canceled my membership.

They are so much more affordable than Costco and they always have plenty of stock! Great parking is available and the store was clean in appearance.

My company and I have been loyal customers for many years at this location. All of our orders are tax exempt and today, we were charged tax. In order to correct the situation, my business partner went over to the service desk for help. When it was his turn, he pulled out his wallet and tried to get his card out as best he could since he struggles with bad pain in his hands. The card gently flings out and bounces on the counter. Not even two seconds later, the HORRIBLE young lady at the counter starts yelling at him, "You threw your card at me! 8 refuse to serve you!" HE NEVER THREW ANYTHING AT HER! Another worker walks over and tells him, "Sir you shouldn't throw anything at people. We don't have to wait on people like you." So he responded, " That's fine. You can give me a credit on this huge order I just bought and I'll go somewhere else." They respond with, "You don't need to be rude. Why are you so mean?" I work in retail myself and have also had customers struggling to get their contents out of their wallets and the form of payment accidentally gets flung. I would never dream of ever treating them like my partner was treated today. I hope the manager is proud at how horribly his staff treats long time customers. I hope he's proud he drove these loyal customers away and is losing our business. I hope he is proud that his staff starts random fights over something that never happened. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a more compassionate company.

Forcing an employee to use a breast pump where others defecate is dirty and disgusting not to mention against the law. I’ll never step in your store again. Off to Costco with me!

This is by far the WORST store I've ever been to. NOTHING is organized, products are all over the place, and everything is a complete mess. Go ahead and try calling the place up and they'll NEVER answer the phone. What's worse is I showed up to pickup an online order and they said it wasn't ready for pickup. Not a problem since I did show up early, I'll just head in and grab it off the shelf myself and you can mark it as picked up. Nope, not allowed. Cool, I'll just check out at the register, go ahead and cancel the pickup order. No again! Literally had to buy my items (was only 2 for the online pickup, so not sure why they got antsy about grabbing them) and leave, and have been trying to call in for an hour to cancel the online order. SMH

I personally have no issues with this store. I do however see people complaining about things not being in stock....there is still a shortage of a lot of things people. A lot of things are still made in China therefore it's taking longer to get to the states. Another thing I see ppl complaining about is the long lines....you can download the app on your phone, scan all your products, pay through your phone and then a bar code comes up....the person at the front knows to scan your phone and count your items. I'm in and out in minutes if I wanna be!

Shopped the store this past Friday. The St Absolutely no social distancing at all. Store was utter chaos. Way too many people were in the store. Checkout was mobbed and very lengthy. I will not return during the pandemic.
