This Sam's club NEVER has carts at the entrance. You need to hunt one down in the parking lot. Most of the time there are rows of carts behind the entrance waiting to be moved.

For variety of products, we shop at Sam's, & Costco. Hands down, Costco has the most efficient friendly staff around. Sam's club in Tinley has a bunch of Disgruntled staffers bad mouthing management policies, working conditions and anything else that seems to bother them. We also shop at the Sam's in Joliet and Hodgkins. Tinley is the worst of the group. so sad

employees are the most ignorant ever lets start with that. waiting in line to purchase some drinks and food a loud mouth employee decided she's gonna cut in line in front of me, and when i confront her about it, decides she's gonna "try" the intimidation tactic... by saying she's already got an attitude. ok? guess what??? so do i!!!! so she goes on and on calling me baby.. guess she figured it was all good since i had kids with me.. which it was... because i had kids with me her friend behind the counter who i swear was sleepwalking handed her a piece of pizza and pop which shut her up and she eventually walked away. if i work at sam's i get free food??????? now the "sleepwalker" has a nasty attitude too and when i order various flavors of slushies.. she rudely tells me they only have one flavor, when you can clearly see the other flavors spinning freely. i order smalls.. i'm told in an ignorant way... there's only one size. god forbid i ordered 6 pieces of pizza. she brings 4. slams them down. i inform her i ordered 6. she walks away. comes back. bam! down those go. no thank you. ****** nothing. tinley sams you used to be so nice. clean. friend;y employees. ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh not anymore!! i'll stick with cal city or merriville. you can keep these employees you got over here!

The pick up system here is awful, everyone just parks in the reserved spots and disregards the signs. When you can finally get a pot and check in, it takes up to an hour for your stuff to be brought out. The parking lot is a nightmare no matter what time you come. If you cannot provide the service you advertise or enforce an adequate system then don't offer it to your paying customers.

Lot attendant scratched up my car putting in a respawn chair in my passenger seat after seeing it was not fitting i told him to put it in the back.which he did not listen and proceeded to shove it in. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager. The manager Nicole told me to make an insurance claim or a police report. Why should my insurance rate go up due to a problem they caused. Also it was not a car accident, why get the police involved? I guess this is how they solve things... pawning the issue off on others. Not renewing my membership at the end of the month due to this.

I had to replace two tires yesterday and went into the tire department hoping to get my tire issue resolved. The size i needed was out of stock so I had to order the tires. but they came in today! Anyway, I received great service from Xavier who made the process nice and easy

The receipt checker made inappropriate comments to other customers and staff. They do not answer the phone ever. The auto area reeked of weed. The store could use a good cleaning as well. I canceled my membership.

Yes it could have been better....beware of the employee to assist you in the self check out lanes. She has multi colored hair (blue, orange whatever) and 6" eyelashes. She is mean!! My wife's debit card wouldn't go through right and you thought we were asking for a new car.
