This Sam's club NEVER has carts at the entrance. You need to hunt one down in the parking lot. Most of the time there are rows of carts behind the entrance waiting to be moved.

I had to replace two tires yesterday and went into the tire department hoping to get my tire issue resolved. The size i needed was out of stock so I had to order the tires. but they came in today! Anyway, I received great service from Xavier who made the process nice and easy

Yes it could have been better....beware of the employee to assist you in the self check out lanes. She has multi colored hair (blue, orange whatever) and 6" eyelashes. She is mean!! My wife's debit card wouldn't go through right and you thought we were asking for a new car.
