It’s a hit and miss with Ross they have Quality stuff, But some stores just don’t have enough staff and Stuff is everywhere they need more help. I was at the Matteson Ross and while I was there a young Man with a Full Cart Ran out with everything to an on waiting Vehicle, This is Crazy and Employees and Managers couldn’t do nothing.Some stores need Security!!!

fitting rooms never open in the back or the front of the store and the lady working at returns was extremely rude

I had a unbelievable experience at Ross I was able to establish an account purchase some clothes from my wife for Christmas that I almost missed and once again the Lord was watching out for me thank you so much 42 the people at Ross and uh it was a good trip

Brittany at the register was amazing!!! She was all alone and super busy, but she handled us all like a champ. She is the multitasking queen ?!!!! Whatever she is getting paid is not enough. She wasn't even done with her customer before she politely asked me to step up and start unloading, then the phone rang. She habdled the call with no delay. She wrapped our liquids in separate bags. Each transaction was flawless. This woman is an amazing employee. ?
