Marvin and Nick were one of the best Sales duos I’ve ever experienced in Car buying! I took my mom in for a new car purchase and they were patient, knowledgeable and helpful with our entire process. There hasn’t been a time when I went to a lot and didn’t feel stressed nor bothered that the car salesman was not honest or getting over, but not with these two guys- they made our experience better than ever. I've looked around their lot on Sundays when they were and spotted an Eqinox I thought was quite nice so 2 days later hoping it was still there I made my entrance into the show room and met a very professional, efficient and knowledgeable salesman named Larry Pap who was able to answer all my questions. I felt this was the right choice so Thanks to a great salesman I am now enjoying my new Equinox. Thank you Larry Pap

Purchased Cadillac Lyriq and very happy with the car as well as the positive experience at the dealership. It's an amazing car with lot of luxury and a reasonable monthly payment. We were helped by Carlos who took care of us from start to the end, made the negotiations short and smooth. He also took the extra time to make sure we were aware and comfortable with the car features. Later in the process we met the finance guy at the dealership who was also a very nice gentleman, he has an amazing fancy desk touch-screen for agreement signatures.

Good dealership with somewhat good cars/trucks from the looks of it. But please do your research before going here because they will hound you when you pull into that parking lot like dogs. You know typical sales people stuff. By research I mean. I know people be really wanting/needing cars and they know that too. But don’t let them trick you because everything that sounds good ain’t always good. I recently purchased the new 2024 Buick Envista and they overcharged me. Compared to all the prices I heard other people paid for theirs at other dealerships and the prices I see online. It’s definitely a nice truck but they also didn’t tell me it was different models of it either which they should know because they are the sales people. Not me. Again, don’t let them run your credit a million times just to overcharge you for a car that’s not even worth it.

My family and I drove 2 hours after inquiring about a vehicle we saw on their website. Ryan was our salesman during this experience. We went in expecting to pay the price that was online but they decided to add another $5,000 onto the price. They claim its because of the market in the Chicago area. When we refused to pay that the salesman got cocky and tried to manipulate us. He kept saying that every dealership would have that market adjustment and that the vehicle would be sold in less than 72 hours anyway. Then the manager came over and offered us a discount on the vehicle for having a Sam’s membership as well as a coupon book for services on the vehicle. We still declined his offer and decided to walk out at that moment. As we were leaving the salesman and manager follow us outside and told us they can take $2,500 off the price. We still declined and eventually the salesman agreed to taking off the $5,000 market adjustment. Anytime we asked about the total purchase amount they would only tell us what our monthly payment would be. For some reason they could not give us the full purchase price which was very sketchy. Both the manager and salesman were being very pushy. At this point we were annoyed and still chose not to give them our business. Why not just be honest about the prices.
