I recently moved to the area and decided to shop at this location due to it being close to my apartment. I made the mistake of asking a gentlemen for help around the store. The man was very snide, rushed, and just plain rude. What shocked me was when I read his name tag right before the end of our encounter. His name was Patrick and he was the Store Director. Well, I won't be returning to that location. I cannot believe someone like him is in charge of a store. Very embarrassing to the company.

Love your service desk employees!!! They are always willing to help. Melissa and Danielle always help me with my Just for U app. And always have smiles on there faces.. Everytime I am in the store I look for Melissa or Danielle they know how to treat people. And Alex the cashier is wonderful too. They all deserve pay raises!! Thank you ladies for all you do!!

Store manager has serious issues. I believe his name is Patrick. Made me very uncomfortable while in the store dealing with him, very condescending, always an angry scowl on his face. Really ruins the shopping experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Update: Dawn, there really isn't much to say. The store manager looks like he's miserable to be there, so he's miserable to the customers. Really sad.

Not my normal jewel but was passing by and stopped. The heavy set grey haired women at self checkout was very nasty to an elderly woman trying to check out. Isn't that why they are there to help ? Shame on you jewel for putting employees that have no patience to wait on people.

Very Mean employees for many years here. If I remember my pen and paper when I return to the store I will include the names of the witches that work here they should be exposed for how they treat elderly people

Horrible service. I just needed to pick up an item from the deli but no the workers had the attitude not to serve when it was my turn in line. Bad experience especially just picking up an order for someone else.

*NOTE TO BUYER-Smaller avocados are usually picked prematurely, which is why you see all the brown, hard fiber lines throughout. (Check photos)Typically the produce appears to be pretty good, UNLESS you're buying avocados. I'm tired of wasting money weekly, waiting for them to ripen, only to realize it's aerated, brown, premature, moldy & fibrous. It's not like these things are cheap either. For the record, I buy them when they're green & hard, then allow them to ripen over the next 3-4 days. Why pay $2 and only use 1/4 of it?Clean, organized store. Friendly employees. I'm usually in & out. Never had to wait long in the lines.I'd like to know when they started letting ppl in with animals that aren't visibly identified as service animals

I was a bit undecided on going in the store after what I have read in yelp but I have a no choice. When I was in the store, I was surprised. I haven't had a problem or a negative experience. The store was clean and bright. Everything seems organized and well stocked. The selections on most departments are in a good condition and their produce was fresh. They have organic options on every products which is a good thing. Customers seems to love their baked goodies, it was almost gone and it was still early. Prices seems to be better compared to my last visit.

Disappointed. I've been here before and it wasn't bad, but today in the two minutes between the pharmacy and the produce department, I saw 5 people without any mask. Clearly, Jewel has stopped caring about basic safety. Done shopping here until the pandemic is over. (Two stars instead of on because the pharmacy was polite and efficient.)
