IncompetentTried to get my debit card renewed. Card machine was down. Sent me over to Tinely Park with no apology or compensation. Card Machine was down over there too. You wasted my time and shredded my card for nothing.

Individual at the branch took down our name and said it is required to now have an appointment since they are super busy, mind you, there were only 2 people in the branch and the bankers were just sitting at their desk - which is fine - but no one ever called to connect with us and schedule an appointment so what was the point of taking my info down. We finally got an appointment in - Asked them to change my address as well - they didn't. My debit card and account information was sent to the wrong address which is horrible since there is confidential information on there. Other than that, the banker was helpful and nice. I have been a customer at PNC for a long time but have had a bad experience at this branch multiple times. Bad customer service and lack of knowledge.

Just tried to withdraw 500 from the ATM. GAVE 100 IN 20s and 20 in 1s. Shorted me 380.

Rude and horrible custsomer service. Called the day before to confirm they could assist us with a notary for our documents. When we arrived they refused to help us. Keep in mind I called in advance and they have helped us out before. While waiting to complete some other business at the teller window I observed an elderly couple being turned away. A large blonde and loud teller yelled across from the drive thru window that they "can't get 21 grand without ordering it". All of us in line were shocked that they would ignore this couples privacy and put them in danger by announcing it to the entire bank. Anyone who asked for a manager was directed to a gentleman named Danielle who said he didn't have time for this "nonesense" I called up to the regional manager and left a message. Apparently PNC isn't concerned with their customer service, safety or privacy. Don't give them a dime take your business anywhere else.Update: the real Branch manager called me back a week later. Stated her assistant wasn't comfortable notarizing documents, which was a blatant lie and contradicted what he told me. This branch manager also stated she gave the tellers a "talking to" about privacy. Regional manager never called back. Again further proof to take your money and business elsewhere.

Normally I go during the week and everyone is so nice and helpful. I happened to go on a weekend. I called ahead but was on hold eternally until the call just dropped. I assumed they were very busy. To my surprise, when I arrived less than 5 minutes later, there were two people standing in the entrance casually talking to each other, hands in pockets. I asked if they had a change counting machine and they said no. And then nothing. I paused waiting for more info. Nothing. Then I asked if they knew if another location had one. They said “I don’t know.” I’m your long time customer. Maybe the right answer would be “let me find out if another branch has one” or, at a minimum, “I’m really sorry we don’t have one.” I felt like I was interrupting them. I left pretty peaved. I’ve always had good customer service here previously.

Very HORRIBLE, RUDE, customer service. I accompanied my child that needed a check cashed from a company which banks with this bank, my child was told they could not cash the check and "would have to order it" upon receiving this information from my child I entered the bank with them to inquire what "it" was. I asked to speak with the manager and was told by teller Lasonya the manager left and the "lead teller" Angela would assist me, with her back turned continuing doing what she was doing, Angela told us " it's nothing she can do that's the policy and she had to "order money" and "they couldn't cash the check until Saturday" while asking Lasonya do they have that in writing because I never heard of a bank not being able to cash a check, she told me. "No we don't that's all we can do" They talked over me were very rude with their delivery. I would not put a dime of my money in PNC.

PNC bank is the worst bank to ever work with...I can say for the one at Tinley Park and their customer service representatives world wide poor customer service Worst people There was a fraud on my account and I can't believe all four of their workers that I spoke with said I am not getting my money back. Are they not supposed to be responsible for whatever happening to our money They don't even have proper machines to print cards They are getting zero star I will never recommend the bank to anyone

This bank was very much what I was looking for. Vinny the banker who helped me, was very patient with me and explained different banking options to me . He not only opened my account but set up my online banking before I left the bank. I felt confident and peaceful with the decision to bank with them.

very unprofessional customer service, i went to get a debit card printed and the person on the front door didn't know how to do it, i think he was a teller and was covering for somebody else at the front door, then there were only one cashier and he left me to go take care of the other customers, since the teller was busy, he asked me to wait and somebody else will help me, there was another girl banker but she acted like she didn't want to help me, then the person who is at the door came back and didn't even ask if i needed help, he saw me sitting and complete ignored me, looks like that is what they do in there, never coming back to this place, just to use the atm and thats it.
