I recently purchased a 2024 Corolla. The sales team was excellent. From Gary to Jimmy B to Adrian! Every other dealer I would have had to order and wait months but Jimmy B made it happen on the spot! I would definitely buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment to repair my rear brakes. I waited 2 and a half hours only to find out thwy didn't have the parts to repair the brakes, so they used off brand parts for the brakes. Combined 4 and a half hours in the waiting room only to be charged an arm and a leg for my brakes.

Service department is not the best. I purchased tires in October 2023 from Toyota of Orland. July my tire pressure light comes on. Upon checking my pressure, my front drive side tire pressure is low. Have an appointment to have my vehicle tires looked at, they claim the don't see a nail or any thing to cause the tire to lose pressure and for the light to come on . They put air in tire sends me off. About 2-3 wks later back at dealership again with same problem, same tire. Again they "checked" the rim, the tire, they "dipped" it to check for leak nothing. Today I'm back for the 3rd time for the EXACT same thing. This time before arriving I had my brother look at the tire, sure enough, there was a nail in my tire for the past month and half. Now I go to the dealership and tell them what my brother found so now they look at my tire for real this time and find the nail. Problem is they say it cannot be patched I need a new tire which would be free because of my warranty but I have to pay for the labor. ABSOLUTELY NOT! If the mechanic don't want to do there job then find something else to do. All 3 times that I was at the dealership I spent 2-3 hours of my day. I don't get paid for seating at Toyota of Orland.

My purchasing experience at Orland Toyota was very good, good service from Adriana Janett, I feel satisfied with the explanation she gave me about the vehicles, I was not pressured in the purchase.
If you buy a car I recommend Adriana to work with her at this dealer.

I want to share that I recently purchased my first car at Toyota in Orland, and it was a great experience! Adriana Naranjo from sales was very helpful, and thanks to her, I got the Camry I've always dreamed of. If you're considering buying a car, definitely get in touch with her. The entire staff was very friendly, and I'm happy with my purchase. I highly recommend checking out this place!

I loved Toyota cars when I decided to buy a car from this dealer. Everything was fine until things changed. I will not explain for a long time, but I ask everyone to read this post before deciding to buy a car from here,,,, before getting involved.
The car broke down, so I started checking their deception. In the beginning, I took the car to a Toyota dealership in Indiana, and they told me that the warranty does not cover the engine to repair the car??? The car broke down for weeks before I repaired it at my own expense outside the agency.
After a month and a half, the car broke down for the second time. I contacted the dealer I bought the car from in Orland Park, and they told me that the warranty was still valid and that I should bring the car to them so they could fix it!! And to fix 2 recall in the car in the same time.
I delivered the car to the dealer in Orland Park, and after two days they called me and said that the car needed engine repair and that the warranty did not cover that??
I contacted the company by phone for hours and their response was as follows:
The first call was for an hour and forty-five minutes. The employee understood the matter and said that the warranty was valid and that they would repair the car and I would get everything I wanted, but he cut off the call and did not call me until three days later to inform me that the warranty had expired???
The second call lasted for an hour and fifteen minutes. The employee understood the situation and said that there was an error in the warranty date and that they would repair the car and apologized for the misunderstanding.
The third call, the dealer in Orland Park calls me and tells me to come pick up the car and they will not fix it!!!
The fourth call, the employee apologized for the millionth time and said they would fix the car.
The fifth call, the dealer in Orlando said that I would come to pick up the car and they would not fix it.
When I decided to take my car, I paid the inspection fee and they did not do anything to the car and did not even fix the recall ?.
The company is deceptive, do not trust anyone there and try to look for another place to buy your next car, they are good at taking your money and deceiving you while smiling.
My car still parking and its not driving anymore ?. Its a highlander last VIN is 42677. Im not call or contact with them any more and don't want to. Be aware be careful.

I came with my truck for simple oil change service. When I picked up my truck all lights were solid on dashboard. I informed my advisor about issue he said that it is old truck everything can happen. I said that I didn’t have them on when I came for service. When I left dealership my truck stopped by itself after driving not even a mile distance. I find out that I have a problem with alternator. When I took truck to another mechanic’s they checked that it was caused by pouring oil on alternator I still have a pictures for prove along with damaged alternator. I’m very disappointed with service and advisors nobody was helpful. Coming to reputable dealership I wouldn’t expect that something like this can happen. It cost me extra effort and money to spend unnecessary just because someone couldn’t do the job right!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Although my first experience here in 2022 was great, I was rudely awakened. On the afternoon of July 26th, I went to Toyota and inquired about a 2025 XSE Camry. I received inaccurate information from the sales manager that could have been fraudulent if I had continued with the loan process. After a 'discount' that was never applied, he quoted me at $39000. According to Sales manager James, there is a 6% interest. He calculated my monthly payments to be $790. He kept pushing me to put down a deposit of $3,000. After I mentioned an interest promotion I had seen, he proceeded to tell me that he was unaware of when it would start and stop. Once again, misleading as it stated on the direct website as ending on 07/31/2025. He then proceeded to quote me in the 700s with a 5% interest rate and 72 months! As any person would do, I walked away with information and couldn't process how dishonest this was. After further examining calculations they quoted me a 13.3% Apr and stating it was only 6%. Attempting to charge me $18000 in interest, which doesn't factor in the $3,000 down payment. Being a loyal Toyota customer, I couldn't imagine anyone taking advantage of me in this manner. As a young Hispanic woman, I began to contemplate whether my relationship would have been different if I had brought a male companion with me. After kindly declining their offer and parting ways due to the lies and mistreatment. I searched for accurate pricing from other dealerships. At the Oakbrook location, I bought the same car for $2000 more, with a 72-month term and a 6.25% APR. The total amount of my monthly payments was $618, which is not even close to what Orlando Park quoted me.
Besides the taunting situation, on 07/29 Gary texted me with an inappropriate message. I have no issue buying a car from any person. I am fluent in English and my family speaks Spanish but they were never with me. Also reassuring that i was being discriminated as i have never met Gary. I also never mentioned being uncomfortable working with a male person or someone of different nationality. I actually purchased my 2022 Camry with Adrian whom is Italian and did a great job in 2022. What kind of dealership refers to their customers by their demographics instead of their full name for an ONLINE manager to know i was a young women that was Hispanic…. another staff member must of told him. If you are a woman, young, or minority, it's important to know that buying vehicles here could potentially create a loan based off personal biases hidden in what they call “interest”. I suggest anyone that purchases her to research the (Illinois following acts 815 ILCS 375/) (Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act, 815 ILCS 505/) (Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act) and HUMAN RIGHTS
(775 ILCS 5/) Illinois Human Rights Act.
Following the report of the incident to Toyota and the opening of a case. The dealership got in touch with me and offered the coldest apology, which resulted in more discrimination. The first thing Adrienna said before even apologizing was “ do you speak Spanish?”. Once again showing she never even read the report and then tried to blame it on the case stating i spoke Spanish. I have spoken English to them throughout my services, and I'm unsure why this continues to be brought up. Avoid this dealership unless you're willing to be robbed, discriminated against, and racially profiled by staff you've never even met.
